Bring the collection into the booth design
We design custom rental exhibits for outdoor brands preparing to show a product line to retail buyers. Your best-selling pack, new jacket and smaller accessories may need different display positions. We work those needs into the layout, alongside sample storage and a place for your sales team to sit with buyers. You can assess the arrangement in a 3D design before approving the booth proposal.
For Outdoor Retailer 2027, the exhibit hall opens August 19–20 at the Minneapolis Convention Center; August 18 is the education day. Our team connects booth production, delivery, installation and dismantling around your agreed project schedule. The organizer handles your exhibit-space booking separately.

Keep the next sample within reach
A buyer picks up a pack, asks about another size, then wants to compare two colors. That conversation should not depend on opening shipping boxes beside the meeting table. We plan display and storage positions together, using your sample list to distinguish what stays on view from what your sales team needs nearby. During design, we review how products are picked up and returned, so the arrangement suits a working sales presentation as well as a photograph.
Keep display changes with one project manager
When a product is added or a display position changes, your dedicated project manager connects that decision with the design, production and installation work. You have a named contact for the booth and one current plan to review as the product list develops.
For the pre-build checks included in your project, we share photos or video. These let you review the agreed display arrangement and graphic placement before delivery, while changes can still be discussed with the project team.
Before you commit to a rental exhibit
No. Your exhibit-space booking is with the show organizer. King Exhibits provides the booth design and the production and show services agreed in your proposal. If your space is still being selected, we can discuss the display requirements first; we finalize the layout against the confirmed footprint and open sides.
Yes, we can start with product photos and approximate dimensions. Before the display details are finalized, we need confirmed sizes, weights and the way each item will be presented. A pack hanging from a support needs different planning from one resting on a shelf. We use those details to develop the display, rather than expecting you to specify the fixture.
Custom display work, graphics, storage, furniture and the services needed for your show all affect the proposal. We review those choices with you and identify what our price covers. Exhibit-space fees and any organizer, venue or third-party charges need to be accounted for separately unless expressly included. We do not use another exhibitor’s booth price as your budget.
It depends on the activity and the applicable show and venue requirements. Describe what visitors will do and any equipment involved when we discuss the layout. We can assess how that activity fits the booth; a booth design does not itself authorize an activity that requires organizer or venue approval. The final demonstration must follow the current requirements.
