Book the installation with the booth it needs to deliver
A booth can be delivered to the venue and still need hours of assembly before your staff can use it. King Exhibits brings booth production and installation together, so the structure, graphics, counters and displays are considered as parts of the same exhibit. We provide installation and dismantling within our U.S. booth projects, with support for booths rented or purchased through us. You receive a project proposal based on the design and the event, including the work before opening and after closing. For an exhibit built elsewhere, send photos and assembly information first so we can review whether the project is a fit.
Installation that considers the whole booth

Assemble the structure to the layout, leaving the access points and meeting areas where you expect them.

Fit branded surfaces to the matching panels so joins, edges and positioning support the finished presentation.

Position reception and product display elements for the way your team will use the space.

Include screen placement and supporting structure in the build, with electrical services coordinated for the venue.
Resolve fit issues before they reach the show floor
Our fabrication and pre-build capability lets us check how the exhibit comes together before shipment. For your project, we identify the assemblies that need checking and review the fit of the structure and graphics. Adjustments made at this stage help reduce avoidable fitting work during move-in, when the same hours are needed for installation and presentation checks.

Dismantle with the next destination in mind
We arrange dismantling and packing for return shipping or storage, with reusable graphics and finished components identified before move-out. Protective packing needs to suit the surfaces and equipment being handled; tell us which assets will be needed at your next show.

Rental components and the items you own may have different destinations after the show. Identify the graphics or other assets you want to retain before the event so the dismantle plan can account for them.
We connect the dismantled booth with the agreed return shipping or storage arrangement. Packing completion, the return of empty containers and the collection window need to work together; a show closing time is not a guaranteed truck departure time.
Professional Installation & Dismantling Services
Our crews handle booth delivery, on-site assembly, and post-show breakdown so your team stays focused on attendees.
- Pre-Show Setup
- On-Site Build
- Post-Show Breakdown
| Pre-Show Check | Why It Matters |
|---|---|
| Component inspection | Every panel, counter and crate is checked before shipping, so a damaged or missing part is replaced at the shop. |
| Drawing and rule review | Booth drawings are matched to venue height, setback and rigging rules, which avoids a forced change on the floor. |
| Labor scheduling | Install crew hours are booked to the official move-in window, so the build is neither rushed nor delayed. |
| Shipping preparation | Crates are labelled and loaded in install order, so the crew unpacks in the sequence the booth is assembled. |
| Build Step | What Happens on the Floor |
|---|---|
| Frame assembly | Frames and wall runs go up first, set to the marked floor plan and levelled before any graphic is hung. |
| Graphics and counters | SEG fabric, panels, counters and shelving are installed next, with seams and alignment checked from the aisle. |
| Lighting and AV | Lights, screens and power are connected and tested, with cable runs concealed wherever the structure allows. |
| Final walkthrough | A supervisor reviews the finished booth, handles punch-list items and leaves the space clean before the hall opens. |
| Breakdown Step | How It Is Handled |
|---|---|
| Dismantle | The crew reverses the install sequence after the hall closes, protecting graphics and hardware as each section comes down. |
| Inventory | Components are counted against the packing list, and anything damaged or missing is recorded before the crates leave. |
| Packing and return | Crates are loaded to the carrier’s schedule, so the exhibit moves to storage, the next venue or your warehouse. |
| Prep for the next show | Reusable elements are checked and noted for refurbishment, which makes the next event’s quote faster and more accurate. |
Send us the drawings, recent photos and assembly instructions for review. Our established service supports King Exhibits booth projects; an unfamiliar exhibit needs a technical review before we can accept installation work. We will tell you whether we can take it on and what further information is needed.
Yes. Installation and dismantling support is available for booths purchased through us, as well as rental projects. Shipping and between-show storage can also be discussed when planning the purchase, so ownership does not leave your team responsible for assembling the booth alone.
The installation arrangement can include on-site supervision, so your marketing team does not have to direct each assembly task. Agree on who will accept the finished booth and when your own demonstrations need checking. If you only need oversight of an existing crew, discuss that separately from the physical installation work.
The start and completion times depend on the show’s move-out rules, service disconnections and access to empty containers. We plan the teardown against that sequence. Share your team’s departure plans early so responsibilities for personal equipment and exhibit assets are settled before closing day.
Fixed monitors and LED walls are supplied as part of our integrated booth solution. You may bring portable devices, with their requirements shared in advance. Tell us what you want to demonstrate so we can distinguish the exhibit installation from the devices your own team will operate.
That depends on the event’s rules and the tasks involved. We review the current exhibitor manual before allocating work. Share what your team would like to handle; we can then discuss a practical division of responsibilities without assuming the same labor permissions apply at every U.S. venue.
The design, assembly work and available move-in time determine the schedule. Floor area alone does not give a dependable answer: a simple backwall and a booth with several display assemblies require different work. Send the design with your show dates, and we will assess the installation time before booking.
