Give Us the Inputs That Control the Miami Booth
We review six items before the design and quotation move forward:
• Show, venue and assigned booth location
• Footprint, open sides and floor plan
• Products, demonstrations and visitor actions
• Brand files, graphics and screen conten
• Budget range and target approval date
• Freight, installation and dismantling scope
Make the Visual Plan Work Across MBCC Service Boundaries
The aisle-facing message should identify the company, application or product category before details compete for attention. Use scale, contrast and lighting to make one idea dominant.Products, samples, comparisons and demonstrations should provide evidence. Place them where a visitor can understand the claim without blocking the aisle or entering a staff-only work area.A wall, printed panel and rental counter belong to the physical exhibit. A suspended feature, powered screen, live camera, sound system or staged presentation may add separate rigging, electrical, internet, audiovisual or production requirements. King Exhibits uses this Miami requirement to shape the visitor route, product placement, rental structure and written delivery scope. The design can then be reviewed against the real show assignment before fabrication, graphics, packing or field work is released.
Match the Footprint to the Demonstration
Compare the options against the real Miami space, visitor goal and operating requirements.
Keep one main message visible and choose a single demonstration or consultation point.
A wider inline space can place the demonstration beside a small conversation zone.
An island can expose several approaches while supporting equipment and meetings.
Separate Display Work from Production Work
A wall, printed panel and rental counter belong to the physical exhibit. A suspended feature, powered screen, live camera, sound system or staged presentation may add separate rigging, electrical, internet, audiovisual or production requirements.List each technical element with its equipment, connection, operator, official provider, order deadline and test window. If an outside contractor will supervise or perform authorized work, complete the current notice, insurance and access process. This separation prevents an exhibit quotation from being read as permission to perform every activity in the building. It also protects the opening schedule because specialist work is ordered before the crew discovers it on the floor.

Prepare Graphics and Media for the Hall
High ambient light, long sightlines and busy neighboring exhibits can change how a design reads. Review the main graphics at realistic size and distance. Keep small claims and detailed charts near the conversation zone, where staff can explain them.Screens need approved content, correct aspect ratios, mounting details, power, data and a test owner. Store the essential media locally even when internet has been ordered. Product lighting should be evaluated with the surface finish so reflections do not hide the item being shown.
Connect the Miami Visual Concept to Delivery
Send the current event documents and brand assets. King Exhibits will turn them into a visual direction, production list and responsibility schedule that can be reviewed together. Before the team can connect the miami visual concept to delivery, provide the component inventory, dimensions, condition, graphics and prior packing record in the city show brief. King Exhibits can compare those assets with the current footprint and selling plan, then price reuse, modification and replacement as separate decisions. That makes the saving visible without forcing outdated parts into the new booth.

STEER — 30×30 Exhibit at NPE 2024, Orlando
This completed project gives teams planning Miami a concrete reference for scale, product presentation and visitor access. The verified project record identifies STEER, a 30×30 footprint, NPE 2024 and Orlando. A new booth for Miami would still be developed around the assigned space, products and event requirements. Use the example to discuss the design direction rather than as a local-project claim.
Keep Design, Production and Field Scope Connected

For Miami, the approved design should stay connected to the pieces that are produced, packed and installed. King Exhibits has supported U.S. exhibit projects since 2008. Our Las Vegas-based production support connects 3D visualization with rental preparation, custom graphics, CNC work and wood fabrication. When the project scope calls for it, key components can be assembled and checked before packing. The production record carries the approved local freight, service and reuse decisions into packing and field instructions. Freight and the floor work accepted in the quotation then follow that written scope.
How the Miami Booth Moves from Brief to Show Floor
Each stage turns customer information into a defined project output.
You provide the event, assigned venue, booth location and floor plan, footprint, products, budget and deadline. We identify missing organizer and technical information. The output is one usable Miami project brief.
We use the confirmed Miami operating brief to shape visitor flow, product placement, services and structure. You review the 3D direction and functional fit. The output is an approved layout basis.
You approve dimensions, artwork and final product information. We carry the approved Miami freight and service assumptions into rental preparation, fabrication, graphics and packing. The output is a production record.
You confirm the current organizer instructions, carrier plan and authorized floor contacts. We coordinate the freight and field work accepted for Miami. The output assigns installation, dismantling and outbound responsibilities before dispatch.
The permitted work depends on the activity and current event rules. Confirm intended tasks with the appropriate venue and show contacts before building the move-in schedule. King Exhibits uses the current Miami show, assigned space and visitor goal to turn that decision into a buildable exhibit plan. This lets procurement compare the exhibit scope with official show charges before approval.
Internet at MBCC follows the exclusive service channel. It is included only when the accepted commercial scope expressly covers that order. King Exhibits uses the current Miami show, assigned space and visitor goal to turn that decision into a buildable exhibit plan. This lets procurement compare the exhibit scope with official show charges before approval.
MBCC lists Encore as its preferred audiovisual and rigging provider and permits outside suppliers for certain non-exclusive services with prior management approval. The venue also states that covered production, audiovisual and rigging work follows its union agreements, so confirm the current provider, approval and labor route before ordering. Review that scope beside the organizer, carrier and official-service charges so procurement can see the complete project budget before approval.
