Choose What Your Compact Booth Needs to Do
- 10×10 ft and 10×20 ft layouts accommodate different display and meeting needs.
- A branded backwall keeps a single company or product message in view.
- A reception counter adds a surface for literature and face-to-face conversations.
- Screens or shelving make room for video demonstrations or physical product samples.
Portable Booths for Trade Shows, Planned Around Your Team
Choose a rental when you need a branded display for a limited run of shows without keeping the structure afterward. For a company introduction, a backwall and lighting may be enough. Demonstrations and sample displays need more working space and equipment, so the layout should support those activities before accessories are added.
We design your rental around that presentation, with custom graphics and the display features it needs. Our managed service covers production, delivery, installation and dismantling. Your team can choose a compact exhibit without taking on its transport and setup. If you intend to handle those tasks yourselves, make that part of the brief before selecting a system.
Compare the Packed Booth, Too
Two displays can fill the same floor space yet travel very differently. The frame, lighting, counter and graphics may pack into wheeled bags, separate cases or a larger shipment. For a team traveling with its display, the useful comparison is the complete packing list, package sizes and handling weight. For a managed shipment, consider delivery and setup alongside the rental. A smaller footprint alone does not tell you which arrangement will suit your trip.

A fabric backwall with lighting can suit a company introduction or a single product message. Look at how the frame sections and graphics pack together, and whether the lights have their own protective storage. This keeps the choice focused on the complete display rather than the backdrop alone.
A counter gives your team a place to greet visitors and keep literature close. Some portable systems convert a shipping case into a counter; others use a separate unit. That difference affects what travels with the booth and which empty containers need storage during the show.
A screen or shelving supports a more detailed demonstration. Include the screen, mounts, cables and samples when considering the transport load. Assembly also includes securing the equipment and arranging the presentation. The extra display function may justify a managed shipment even when the booth itself occupies a compact space.
See Your Rental Assembled Before It Ships
We produce your graphics and pre-build the rental exhibit before packing. You receive photos showing the display assembled, so you can review the branding and presentation. Our team checks the fit and makes corrections before the shipment leaves.
Your project manager coordinates artwork approvals, production and the move-in schedule. Design and delivery questions stay with one contact, and our crew handles the agreed installation and dismantling at the venue.
Questions Before You Rent
Only if the selected system, complete packing load and event arrangements suit your team. Portable does not automatically mean one person can carry or assemble everything. Our standard managed rental includes delivery, installation and dismantling. If self-transport is a priority, tell us early so the proposed configuration can be assessed for that requirement before you book it.
Some portable systems have tool-free connections, but the answer depends on the complete configuration. Opening or joining the frame is only one step; graphics, lighting, counters and presentation equipment may add work. Use the assembly instructions for the selected system when planning your team and schedule. Our managed rental puts the agreed setup in the hands of our installation crew.
We provide a fixed-price proposal for the selected exhibit and agreed services, with graphics, accessories, shipping, installation and dismantling itemized. Show services such as electricity and material handling are separate from the booth package. Screens, shelving and other presentation requirements belong in the brief so the quote reflects the display you intend to use, rather than a bare structure.
Compare the total cost across your planned shows, including transport, setup, storage and graphic changes. Renting can suit a short run or changing layouts; buying may be worth comparing when the same display will be used repeatedly. We can discuss both approaches against your event schedule. The useful comparison is the whole program, rather than a single rental fee against the purchase price.
Start when your show dates and booked space are known. We work back from move-in to allow for design, artwork approval, production, prebuild and shipping. A standard-looking display still needs time for your graphics and delivery arrangements. If the event is close, send the dates with your brief; we will assess the schedule before committing to the rental.
