Logistics That Follow the Whole Exhibit
A delivery confirmation tells you where the freight arrived. Your exhibit still needs to be unpacked, assembled and ready for the people coming to see it. King Exhibits brings exhibit logistics into the same project as booth fabrication, graphics and installation, so those decisions stay connected. For a rental booth, the service carries through preparation, delivery and post-show return. For an exhibit you purchase from us, shipping, setup and storage support are also available. We discuss the show location, build requirements and the exhibit’s next destination together, helping you choose the support needed for an assembled, usable exhibit. Explore our booth design directions if you are still deciding what to build.
Resolve Build Details Before Dispatch
Your graphics, display structures and fitted equipment need to work together before they are packed. Our production team uses pre-build checks to review assembly and key finishes while workshop support is close at hand. Photo or video previews let you review the preparation before dispatch. This is the stage to address fit and presentation questions, leaving the installation team to build from an agreed design.

Connect Delivery to Installation
A crate at the venue dock is not yet available to your installers. We coordinate the receiving route and installation schedule so the team knows when booth components can reach the space. Flooring, structures, graphics and AV then need a workable assembly sequence. Keeping that sequence connected to delivery helps protect the time your team needs for product placement and demonstration preparation.
Where the show offers advance receiving, sending the exhibit ahead can separate the road journey from the busiest move-in period. We review the receiving dates and accepted shipment types against booth readiness, then plan dispatch accordingly. The show contractor’s transfer to your space still needs to line up with installation. Earlier arrival at a warehouse is not the same as earlier access to the booth.
Direct delivery may suit an exhibit finishing closer to move-in or a load that the advance warehouse will not accept. It needs a carrier arrival plan aligned with the show’s receiving window and the time required to build. We check that combination before recommending the route. Shorter warehouse time is useful only when freight can reach the booth in time for installation.

A Production Team Behind the Logistics

King Exhibits combines Las Vegas-based booth production with staging, loading and U.S. show execution. CNC and wood fabrication, graphics production and pre-build checks give the team direct knowledge of the exhibit being prepared for transport. That matters when a fitted counter, wall section or display needs attention before loading. Your logistics discussion reaches the people preparing and assembling the booth, with post-show storage available for the next phase.
Decide Where the Exhibit Goes After Dismantling
The next destination affects packing, pickup and the time available between events. Tell us the plan while we arrange the current show.
We arrange dismantling and return shipping for the rental exhibit after the event. Let us know which of your own devices, samples or other items your team is taking home, so they can be separated from the rental components before packing.
Storage support keeps a purchased exhibit available for later use. Discuss how long it needs to stay and whether graphics or components should be refreshed before the next booking. Storage and preparation services are priced for those requirements.
A short gap between events needs enough time for dismantling, packing, transit and the next installation. We review the two show schedules together and discuss whether the exhibit can travel onward or needs workshop attention first. Reuse works when the physical turnaround fits the calendar.
Logistics & Shipping
We manage packing, domestic freight, and drayage coordination to get your booth to the venue and back.
- Packing & Crating
- Freight Management
- Storage & Reuse
| Packed Item | Packing Method |
|---|---|
| Structure and frames | Wall frames and structural parts travel in reusable crates built for repeated road use and forklift handling. |
| Graphics and fabric | SEG fabric and printed panels are rolled or packed flat with protection, so finished faces do not scuff in transit. |
| Counters and fragile parts | Counters, screens and delicate hardware are cased with padding and marked, so they are handled upright. |
| Crate labelling | Each crate carries an item list and booth reference, which lets the install crew unpack in build order. |
| Freight Stage | How It Is Managed |
|---|---|
| Outbound trucking | Carriers are booked from the production schedule, so crates arrive inside the venue’s receiving window. |
| Shipment tracking | Each shipment is tracked by reference, and any delay is raised early enough to adjust the labor plan. |
| Marshalling yard timing | Arrival at the marshalling yard is timed to the target booth delivery slot, which avoids idle waiting charges. |
| Return freight | Return transport is arranged before the show closes, so the exhibit leaves the hall on schedule. |
| Storage Item | What Storage Covers |
|---|---|
| Booth structure | Frames, wall runs and counters are stored together, so the same footprint can be rebuilt without new fabrication. |
| Graphics on hand | Existing graphics are kept rolled and labelled, with panel sizes recorded for the next campaign’s pricing. |
| Refurbishment | Panels and counters are cleaned and minor damage repaired before the next booking, which lowers the per-show cost. |
| Reuse planning | What can be reused is listed after each show, so your next proposal starts from assets you already own. |
Yes, shipping, installation and storage support are available for booths purchased from us. For a booth supplied elsewhere, send its drawings, packing details and show information first. We will assess the work needed before proposing support; an unfamiliar structure may need different packing or installation resources.
For a purchased booth, independent transport can be part of the arrangement. Agree the collection point and responsibilities with us before booking. For our rental booths, we manage logistics as part of the rental service so preparation, transport and return handling stay connected.
Our furniture, flooring and booth elements are supplied within a complete exhibit rental package. Add your meeting, reception or display requirements to the booth brief, and we will incorporate the suitable items into the design and delivery plan.
That depends on the equipment and shipment. Share its dimensions, packing information and installation needs so we can review the receiving and setup requirements. Heavy, fragile or restricted items may need separate arrangements. Include them in the initial discussion so the proposal addresses how they will reach the booth.
Contact us once you have the show dates and a booth requirement. The available time has to cover design or preparation, approvals, transit and installation. For an approaching deadline, send the current design and show manual so we can assess a feasible delivery plan.
Yes. We work with international teams on U.S. booth production and show execution. Renting or building the exhibit locally can reduce the amount of booth structure you need to ship internationally. Tell us which products or equipment are coming from overseas so we can discuss the U.S. receiving arrangements with your freight provider.
Request Logistics Support for Your Next U.S. Show
Send your show, city, dates and booth size, plus the current exhibit plan if you have one. Tell us where the exhibit should go afterward. We will review the delivery and installation requirements and prepare a project proposal with pricing.
