Start With the Exhibit You Want to Use Again

An exhibit you own gives you something to build on for your next show. King Exhibits connects storage with booth design, graphic production and show delivery, so you can consider a refresh without starting the entire exhibit again. Bring us the booth photos and the next event you have in mind; we will help you assess the storage and reuse options. Rented structures follow a different path. Returning a rental booth does not reserve that same structure indefinitely. Graphics produced for your rental may be useful again, but their size, condition and next layout matter. Discuss retention before the show closes so the items worth keeping are identified early.

Keep the Graphics That Still Fit Your Brand

Your next booth may use a different footprint while keeping parts of the same visual identity. We help you assess which existing graphics fit the new design and which need replacing. A back wall with current branding may be worth retaining; a panel built around an old product launch may need a new print. Share the original dimensions and a photo before the next design starts. Our graphic production and fabrication support lets you plan the update together with the booth.

Monthly Storage

Storage for purchased exhibits starts at $150 per crate per month. The final charge depends on your booth, its packed size and the storage period. Storage is additional to a booth purchase. Send the available crate information with your dates so we can quote the arrangement your exhibit needs.

Moving In and Out

Transport and storage are separate costs. We coordinate the return after your show and the next outbound shipment. Your quote should also identify receiving, handling, retrieval and packing charges where they apply. This lets you compare the cost of keeping the exhibit with the cost of putting it back on the show floor.

Repairs and Updates

Maintenance and graphic updates are priced separately from storage. Tell us what changed at the last show and what will change at the next one. We can discuss the work needed, then include the proposed repairs or replacements in your project quotation before they are scheduled.

Storage Support From the Team Behind the Booth

Stored exhibit crates and booth panels on racking in a clean warehouse - Trade Show Exhibit Storage
Stored exhibit re-assembled and inspected in a staging area before reuse - Trade Show Exhibit Storage

King Exhibits brings together custom fabrication, graphic production, transportation and installation, with a Las Vegas production base and support for shows across major U.S. cities. Our workshop capabilities include CNC and wood fabrication, material preparation, staging and pre-build checks. That connection matters when a stored exhibit needs new graphic panels or a change for the next floor plan. You can discuss the booth work and the next show delivery with the same project team, alongside the storage arrangement.

Make the Next Use Part of the Storage Decision

A box count alone does not tell you whether an exhibit is ready for another event. Set the level of preparation your next project needs.

Know What Is Coming Back — Trade Show Exhibit Storage

Share the packing list and any known damage after the show. Tell us whether you need a crate count, a component check or an assessment of a damaged item. We will identify the available checking and repair services in the proposal, so you know what is covered beyond storing the crates.

Request the Pieces for Your Next Layout — Trade Show Exhibit Storage

A smaller space may call for only part of the stored booth. Send the new floor plan and show dates early enough to assess the retained components, graphic fit and any fabrication work before transport is arranged. A changed layout needs a reuse review, even when the booth is already in storage.

Plan When Storage Ends — Trade Show Exhibit Storage

Moving the exhibit to your own facility or changing your show program is a separate decision from leaving it in storage. Give us the destination and preferred timing. We will discuss retrieval, packing and transport arrangements, along with when the storage period ends.

Questions Before You Store Your Exhibit

Can you store a booth made by another exhibit company?

Send us photos, the packing list and any assembly drawings for a review. The construction, condition and handling needs determine whether we can support it. We will establish suitability before arranging a transfer; an existing exhibit should not arrive at a warehouse without that first discussion.

Can we keep our purchased booth at our own warehouse?

Yes. You retain ownership of a purchased booth and can manage its storage and transportation yourself. Let us know which services you want for the next show, such as graphic production or installation. We can then discuss the project without including a storage arrangement you do not need.

Can you store electronics or product samples with the booth?

Include them in your request rather than treating them as ordinary booth components. Share the item descriptions and any temperature, handling or other storage requirements. We need to review their suitability for the proposed facility before including them in the storage arrangement.

How much notice is needed to get an exhibit out of storage?

The timing depends on what needs to come out, whether it needs updates and where it is going. Send your next show dates and destination as soon as they are available. Allow time for preparation as well as transit, and tell us about tight turnarounds before booking.

Can I arrange storage before the next show is booked?

Yes. Short- and long-term storage options are available, so a confirmed next event is not the only starting point. Tell us the period you expect to need. The proposal should state the agreed storage term and billing, then the next shipment can be discussed when your plans are clearer.

Can I specify insurance or climate-control requirements?

Yes—send the requirements with your exhibit information. We will review them against the proposed storage arrangement before you commit. The facility conditions and any coverage need to be specified for your assets and location before booking.
