Inline Display Rentals for 10×10 and 10×20 Spaces
Your inline, or linear, booth has to welcome visitors from the front while making its message visible between neighboring exhibitors. We develop the backwall, display surfaces and visitor space together, so adding a counter or screen does not leave your team with nowhere to talk. A 10×10 configuration works for a focused presentation with a compact demo or product display. With a 10×20 footprint, we can explore a demonstration area alongside a separate place for conversation. Your product size, staffing and storage needs determine the final arrangement. We supply the rental display and coordinate the agreed delivery and setup, with graphics made for your brand.
Keep the Entrance Open for Conversation
A counter across the front can turn your only entrance into a barrier. We position the welcome point where staff can greet visitors without blocking the way in, then place the main display where it can be seen from the aisle. For a 10×20 inline booth, we can separate a screen demonstration from a discussion area along the backwall. Visitors can see what you offer, step into the booth and speak with your team.

Fit Your Backwall to the Show's Display Rules
The same inline design may need changes when you move to another show. We review your booth assignment and exhibitor manual before setting backwall height, side returns and sign placement. Where neighboring exhibitors’ sightlines limit taller elements, we develop the graphics and display arrangement around those restrictions. Send the booth number or floor plan with your brief; we will identify the requirements affecting the design and handle the layout revisions, with show approval where required.
Check the Backwall, Counters and Screens as One Display

We prebuild the rental display before shipping to check the assembled structure, graphic fit, lighting and selected AV together. For your inline booth, that means reviewing the aisle-facing presentation with the counters and screens in position. We can share photos or video of the prepared booth, so you can review the actual display as well as the rendering. Your project manager carries the approved arrangement through transport, installation and dismantling.
Planning Your Inline Display
Yes. We offer custom rental displays for inline spaces, with graphics and selected display features planned for your event. Renting is useful when your booth assignment or campaign changes between shows. If you intend to repeat the same exhibit regularly, tell us about the full schedule so we can compare rental and purchase options, including the associated storage and handling.
Often, yes, with changes to the layout. A corner assignment adds a second aisle-facing side, which can change where the graphics, counter and visitor entry belong. We review the new floor plan before recommending which elements to reuse or reposition. A previous inline design is a starting point; it is not automatically ready for a corner location.
Yes. We can integrate storage into a counter or plan a separate enclosure where space allows. Tell us what needs to stay inside the booth and how often you need access. We will recommend a suitable arrangement and show how it affects the remaining display and conversation space, so everyday supplies do not need to sit out beside your products.
The structure, graphics, storage, lighting and AV affect the price, along with location and delivery work. To control costs, we can focus the budget on the backwall and main demonstration, then compare options for custom features or additional screens. Your quote lists the selected display and agreed services. We also identify venue-controlled items, such as electrical supply or material handling, that may be billed separately.
Contact us once you know the event dates and likely booth size, even if the display brief is still developing. We will check the time available for design approval, graphics, preparation and transport against the show’s move-in schedule. The delivery plan depends on your selected configuration and approval dates, so we confirm the schedule with your quotation.
Let's Work from Your Inline Booth Plan
Tell us your show, location, dates and booth size, then describe what you want to display and your budget range. Include the booth number or floor plan if available. We will recommend a layout and prepare a rental quote covering the display and agreed show services.
