Trade Show Booth Lighting Rental for Your Displays
Your newest product, your brand wall and your meeting table each need a different approach to lighting. We help you choose where to concentrate light, where to illuminate graphics, and where a softer setting suits a conversation. Start with the products and activities you want visitors to notice; we translate them into lighting choices within your booth design. Our trade show lighting rental service is part of a complete King Exhibits rental booth. We connect the lighting to the displays, graphics and installation plan, so you can review the arrangement with the team building your exhibit. Your proposal identifies the lighting supplied with the booth and the separate show services needed to use it.
Choose the Lighting Effect Your Booth Needs
Combine these lighting approaches within your exhibit design. We recommend the fixture arrangement for your display positions, structure and budget.
Direct attention to a featured product, sample or graphic, with light aimed toward the display rather than across visitors’ eyes.
Illuminate a brand surface from behind when you want the graphic itself to glow within the surrounding exhibit design.
Add a line of light to a counter or structural feature, with its position planned into the booth construction.
Add light above demonstration or meeting areas using fixtures supported by the booth design and permitted installation arrangements.
Make Glass Displays Easier to View
Glass cases, polished samples and nearby screens need more thought than simply adding brighter lights. We review where visitors will stand and which surfaces they need to see, then plan lighting positions around those views. Share product photos and tell us if a demo includes a screen. That helps us recommend a display arrangement that gives the product attention while limiting distracting reflections and light falling directly onto the screen.

Separate the Lighting Package from Show-Site Power
Your booth proposal identifies the lighting fixtures and integration we supply. Electricity, on-site electrical labor and any required overhead rigging are separate show-service costs. We coordinate the lighting requirements with your installation plan and the venue-approved providers, so the electrical order reflects the exhibit being built. Share the exhibitor manual if you have it; we use the show’s requirements to establish who handles each connection and what needs to be ordered.
Understand U.S. Show Services Before You Order
An introduction to U.S. show contractors and services, including how the exhibitor manual identifies exclusive providers. Your own show’s manual remains the reference for your event.
Lighting Built into Your Booth Design

Our Las Vegas team connects booth design, custom fabrication, graphics and installation for U.S. trade shows. Lighting can therefore be considered while the counter, wall or canopy is being designed, with its mounting position and cable route included in the discussion. That connection matters when you change a display. If your product moves, we can review the surrounding structure, graphics and lighting together. You explain what the visitor needs to see; we work through how to accommodate it in the exhibit. Our CNC and wood fabrication capability supports the custom booth elements that carry the overall design.
See Accent Lighting in a Completed Exhibit
A design-to-show-floor comparison shows how a lighting detail can become part of the booth’s visual identity.

The BRINC exhibit combined a black booth structure with cyan light strips. The design and completed-booth records show that illuminated detail carried into the physical exhibit. Use this example to discuss where a line of light could strengthen your own branded structure.
Review Lighting as Part of the Booth Pre-Build
We agree the pre-build review with you as part of the project. The lighting included in that review is checked with the booth elements being assembled; the review does not reproduce the conditions of the exhibition hall.
We review fixture placement with the surrounding booth elements, including access and planned cable routes. This helps identify installation conflicts before the exhibit reaches the hall.
We check that the lights included in the pre-build operate in the assembled arrangement. You can review the illuminated features in the project photos or video before the booth is shipped.
We review where the light falls on the assembled display areas. Your actual products and the hall lighting still matter, so final adjustments are considered during installation.
From Your Display Priorities to a Lighting Proposal
Send your show, dates, booth size and any layout or product photos. Tell us which product, graphic or activity matters most. We identify the areas that need lighting attention.
We recommend lighting within your booth design and explain the supply and installation costs. You review the layout, lighting approach and separate show-service requirements before committing to the proposal.
Once the design is agreed, we coordinate fabrication, the planned checks and delivery with the installation schedule. We carry the lighting plan through to the show-site setup, coordinating electrical connections with the approved providers.
Questions About Renting Booth Lighting
No. The service offered here is lighting supplied with a complete King Exhibits rental booth. We select it for the structure and displays we are delivering. There is no separate fixture-only booking or shipment offered through this page.
Yes. Include the fixture reference and the effect you want in your booth brief. We will review its suitability for the exhibit and discuss available options with you. Fixture models, quantities and mounting arrangements are established in the proposal; they are not selected from a universal rental kit.
That depends on the display positions, the fixture selection and the booth structure. We work out the lighting arrangement from your layout, then identify its power requirements for the show-service order. Include any screens or powered demonstrations in the brief, because lighting is only part of the booth’s total electrical demand.
No. Accent lights illuminate parts of the booth; a video wall displays changing content. If you need both, tell us what will appear on the screen and where products will sit. We can consider the screen and the surrounding lighting together within the exhibit design.
It may be possible, depending on fixture availability, the work required and the show’s ordering deadlines. Send the dates and requested change so we can review it. Adding lights after fabrication or after electrical orders are placed can require extra installation work and revised show services.
We can discuss colored accent lighting within your booth design. Share the brand color and the surface you want to illuminate; the perceived result depends on the fixture and surrounding materials. We review the achievable effect with you rather than promising an exact color match from a color code alone.
Tell Us What Deserves the Spotlight
Send your show, city, dates, booth size and the products or graphics you want to highlight. Add a layout, product photos and your budget range if available. We will review the lighting options with your booth design and prepare a proposal showing the exhibit package and separate show-service needs.
