Exhibit Support That Continues Between Shows

  • A dedicated team coordinates your multi-show exhibit program.
  • Booth layouts adapt the presentation to each booked space.
  • Suitable structures from your previous King project can be reused.
  • New graphics support product launches and campaign changes.
  • Storage and shipping connect one event with the next.
  • Installation and dismantling are coordinated for each show.

A Booth Program Built Around the Shows You Attend

Your largest show may need a product demonstration area and private meetings. A smaller regional event may call for a compact display with room for a quick conversation. King Exhibits brings booth design, custom fabrication, graphics and rental options together so those spaces present the same brand while serving different sales tasks. Our trade show program management service connects those exhibit decisions with storage, transportation, installation and dismantling across U.S. events. Share your booked shows, proposed additions and existing booth assets. We’ll discuss where reuse makes sense, where a different configuration is needed and what to include in a proposal for the program.

Keep Useful Structures. Update the Message.

A new campaign does not always require a new booth. For exhibits supplied through King, we review which structures and graphics can serve the next event and where new production is needed. A backwall that still fits may need a new product message; a larger demo may need more than a graphic change. Discuss reuse before the next layout is developed, so the design accounts for the pieces you want to retain.

Leave Time for the Work Between Shows

The next move-in date matters as much as the last show’s closing date. Dismantling, transport, checks and graphic changes all need time before an exhibit is ready again. We coordinate the next deployment around those intervals. Where the same assets cannot serve both dates, a separate rental configuration is an option to discuss. Your sales team can keep the planned display and meeting functions without depending on an unrealistic transfer schedule.

Design and Fabrication Behind Your Program

King Exhibits combines booth design and 3D visualization with CNC and wood fabrication, graphics production, pre-build checks and show delivery. Our Las Vegas team supports projects across the United States, bringing practical build decisions into the conversation about what your next exhibit needs.

Choose a Configuration for Each Part of Your Program

The right mix depends on how your booked spaces, exhibit functions and dates compare. Start with the situation closest to yours.

Similar Spaces, Repeat Use — Exhibit Program Management
Similar Spaces, Repeat Use

When booth dimensions and display needs stay similar, discuss a reusable core structure with selected graphic changes. We review the layout and existing King-supplied components together. Preserve what still works for your product presentation, then price the updates and each event’s delivery.

A Flagship Exhibit and Smaller Shows — Exhibit Program Management
A Flagship Exhibit and Smaller Shows

An island exhibit and an inline space need different approaches to access, demos and meetings. We develop the smaller presentation around its sales purpose and explore suitable rental or custom elements. Keep recognizable branding while giving each footprint a usable layout.

Shows Close Together or on the Same Dates — Exhibit Program Management
Shows Close Together or on the Same Dates

One exhibit cannot be installed in two cities at once. For overlapping shows or a transfer window too short for the work involved, discuss a second complete rental booth. Coordinate the branding and essential display functions across both designs, with availability checked against each event’s dates.

Questions About Starting an Exhibit Program

Do we need to have the entire year booked before contacting you?

No. Start with your confirmed shows and identify the events you are still considering. Those two groups should stay distinct when discussing configurations and pricing. Your first conversation can focus on the committed events; additional dates can be reviewed as they become clearer. Tell us about likely additions that could affect booth sizes or overlap with existing plans.

Can you take over an exhibit made by another supplier?

Send photos, dimensions and any available construction or packing information for an initial discussion. Reuse needs a review of the structure, condition and next-show requirements; acceptance is not automatic. Our established reuse route covers exhibits supplied through King. We’ll discuss whether your existing assets are suitable for the proposed work before including them in a program quote.

Does a rental program mean we own the booth after the first show?

No. Rental and ownership are different arrangements. The agreement needs to identify what is rented, what is purchased and what will be retained for later events. Tell us if ownership of particular structures or graphics matters to your program, so the proposal can address it before you commit. Reuse across shows does not by itself transfer ownership.

Can we order only furniture or flooring through the program?

Furniture, flooring and individual booth elements are offered with complete booth rental packages. Discuss them as part of the layout for each event, including meeting seats, reception space or display areas. This lets us coordinate the components with the exhibit design and installation. We include the selected items in the booth proposal for that event.

What happens if a show is added or a booked space changes?

Contact your program team with the revised dates and floor plan. A change can affect the layout, graphic sizes, component availability and transport arrangements for other shows. We’ll review the affected exhibit work and discuss the revised proposal before new production or bookings proceed. Cancellation terms and any charges for work already committed follow the agreement for your project.

Do you guarantee savings from a multi-show agreement?

Savings depend on the actual program requirements. Reuse can reduce new production, while storage, transport, updates and duplicate exhibits still carry costs. Ask for a comparison based on the same events and services. We’ll discuss the suitable exhibit options and their costs so you can evaluate the program before committing. A multi-show agreement alone does not guarantee a lower total.
