From Brand Artwork to Installed Exhibit Graphics
Your backwall, reception counter and product panels have different jobs—and different printing needs. A fabric wall carries a large image across the booth. A counter graphic meets visitors at close range. An illuminated panel needs artwork and material that work with the light behind it. King Exhibits brings graphics production into your booth project, alongside fabrication, transportation and installation. That connection matters when a picture spans several panels or a printed edge must meet a built structure. For a new exhibit, we develop the graphics around the booth design. For an existing exhibit supplied through us, we review the original frame and graphic specifications before planning replacements. You receive a print proposal tied to the display you will actually use.
Choose the Print Around Its Display Position

Large images need a clear layout across panel divisions, with important detail kept away from joins.

Match the printed graphic to its illuminated frame so material and lighting are considered together.

Keep front-facing branding clear of corners and hardware that could interrupt the finished image.

Give close-range text and product images enough resolution for visitors standing beside the display.
Give Brand Colors a Physical Reference
The same artwork can look different on fabric, vinyl and an illuminated wall. Share your brand color references early, especially when several materials will sit side by side. We use those references during graphics preparation and production review. For a color-critical campaign, discuss a printed sample before the full run. It gives your team a way to judge the proposed material and color together. A screen preview helps check layout; it cannot establish how the finished print will look under booth lighting.

Start with the display layout and the production template for each graphic. The dimensions you see from the aisle may exclude material needed for edges or finishing. Keep each panel clearly identified so its artwork can be matched to the right location. Have an existing booth? Include its original drawing or graphic template with the inquiry.
Send a high-resolution PDF with images embedded and fonts outlined, along with the layout for reference. Image quality needs to be assessed at the intended print size. A sharp logo in a small presentation file may not be usable across a backwall. Flag any artwork that needs rebuilding so design work can be included in the estimate.
Follow the bleed and safe-area requirements of the supplied template. Keep logos, faces and fine text away from trim edges and planned joins. For a picture crossing several panels, provide the complete layout as well as the individual files. This lets the print team understand how the image should continue across the finished display.

Graphics Production Connected to the Booth Build

King Exhibits combines graphics production with custom booth fabrication and pre-show quality checks. Our Las Vegas team supports U.S. exhibit projects from the design stage through delivery and installation. Your graphic is part of a physical structure. Wall openings, counter edges and adjoining panels are part of the booth, so they belong in the graphics conversation too. Share your layout with the artwork, and we will bring the print requirements into the wider build plan.
How Your Graphics Move into Production
We connect artwork approval, print production and delivery with the installation date for your exhibit.
Share your booth layout, artwork status and show dates. We identify the display surfaces and print work required, then prepare the proposal. You can see which graphics are new, which are replacements and where artwork support is needed.
Your designer supplies the files against the graphic layout. We review the production requirements and resolve file questions with your team. You approve the final artwork before production begins, with any physical sample requirements addressed in the schedule.
The graphics move through production and finishing for their intended booth surfaces. Graphics and booth details are checked through the project’s pre-show preparation. We coordinate packing, delivery and installation for the work included in your exhibit project, so the printed pieces arrive as part of the build plan.
Display Printing Questions Before You Order
Our established replacement service covers exhibit frames supplied through us. For another supplier’s frame, send the manufacturer, model and graphic template with your inquiry. We will review whether the request is suitable before quoting. The advertised booth size alone is not enough to establish the finished graphic dimensions or attachment method.
Discuss sample requirements when requesting the quote. A physical sample needs its own production and approval time, and its inclusion should be clear in the proposal. Tell us whether you need to assess a particular brand color, material finish or backlit effect so the sample addresses the decision you need to make.
Send the show dates, delivery destination and current artwork together. We will review production and transport feasibility before accepting the timing. File changes, physical sampling and specialized finishing affect the available schedule. A deadline for artwork approval is only one part of the plan; the graphics also need to reach the booth in time for installation.
For an exhibit supplied through us, send its project reference and a photo identifying the damaged piece. Include a view of the frame or supporting panel as well as the graphic. We need to establish whether the damage is limited to the print before proposing a replacement; new artwork alone will not resolve a damaged mounting surface.
Yes, existing artwork can be a starting point. Send the original production files and identify what has changed in the message or booth layout. A previous file still needs to match the current panel arrangement and dimensions. Check event-specific dates and offers before approval so outdated content does not move into the new print run.
No. A backlit printed wall displays a fixed image illuminated from behind; an LED video wall displays digital content. We integrate the selected option into the exhibit design. Choose printed graphics for a fixed campaign image, or discuss AV integration when the presentation needs motion. The two options have different production and setup requirements.
