The Battery Show North America

It is a specialist conference with sponsor and exhibit options, not a substitute for every large solar expo. November 2026: RE+ 2026 in Las Vegas

RE+ 2026 is scheduled for November 16–19 at the Las Vegas Convention Center. Full conference education runs November 16–18, while exhibits and show-floor activities run November 17–19. The event covers solar, energy storage, hydrogen, EV infrastructure, grid-edge technology, microgrids, and wind power.

RE+ suits solutions that cross technologies or need a national clean-energy audience. Its breadth also makes “renewable energy” too broad for booth messaging; visitors should see the solution category, application, and decision point first.

RE+ is also the event most closely connected to the older Solar Power International name. The organizer's official FAQ states that RE+ evolved from SPI, ESI, and Smart Energy Week, so SPI and RE+ should not appear as two separate 2026 events in a current calendar.

January 2027: POWERGEN International and RE+ Hawai‘i

For teams researching energy trade shows for 2027, January starts with two different options: broad power generation and Hawaii’s regional clean-energy market.

POWERGEN International

POWERGEN International is scheduled for January 18–21 in Salt Lake City. It covers generation, utilities, plant technology, operations, and the energy transition. Choose it when your offering connects to generation assets or mixed power portfolios, but verify the relevant exhibit zones because the event is wider than renewable energy.

RE+ Hawai‘i

RE+ Northeast

RE+ Northeast is scheduled for February 2–4 in Boston and covers regional solar, storage, hydrogen, grid-edge technology, and EV infrastructure. Intersolar & Energy Storage North America

Spring 2027: RE+ Texas, RE+ Southeast, and CLEANPOWER

Spring combines two regional RE+ events with the national, multi-technology CLEANPOWER conference.

RE+ Texas

RE+ Texas is scheduled for March 24–25 in Houston. Its stated scope includes solar, storage, hydrogen, microgrids, and wind in the Texas market.

June to November 2027: IESNA Midwest and RE+ 2027

Later clean energy events in 2027 include IESNA Midwest in June and the flagship RE+ event in November.

IESNA Midwest is listed for June 14–16 in Rosemont, Illinois. Compare it with San Diego by region, company mix, and project relevance. When Midwest installers, developers, manufacturers, or service partners are central, regional concentration may be more useful than a larger audience.

RE+ 2027

You can still identify possible products, demonstrations, space, and services without treating unconfirmed details as final.

How Should You Plan the Exhibit and Brief Your Booth Partner?

Once you have shortlisted the right event, the next step is to translate its audience, venue rules, demonstration requirements, and show objectives into a workable exhibit brief.

A renewable-energy exhibit should help a visitor understand four things quickly: what the solution is, where it belongs, what evidence supports it, and what should be discussed next.

Build the main message around one application and one decision. Replace broad words such as “innovation,” “sustainability,” and “future” with a specific system, project stage, operational task, or performance question. Give physical products context through scale, installation position, interfaces, cutaways, samples, or a simple system diagram. Present performance data as a short proof path rather than filling a wall with unrelated charts.

The floor plan should support the same logic. Use the front edge to establish relevance, give demonstrations enough viewing and operating space, and keep technical meetings away from the main traffic path when detail or confidentiality matters. The layout should follow the product and conversation—not a generic open-booth formula.
