White & Private Label Expo: Exhibitor Guide

If you manufacture personal care products for other brands, White Label World Expo deserves a closer look. Before booking, check which edition you are considering: the event now operates as White & Private Label Expo, and its current US show is in New York.

Here are the two confirmed 2026 editions, the customers you could meet, and the rules that could change how you display your products.

Where and when the expo takes place in 2026

Business Show Media announced on February 5, 2026 that White Label World Expo had become White & Private Label Expo. It also announced the New York event. If you know the show by its old name, use the new name when checking dates or asking about a booth. Check the current US event details before booking travel based on an old Las Vegas listing. Dates and hours were checked on September 7, 2026 against the New York visitor page and Excel London event listing. Check the city and dates on your exhibitor paperwork before booking either show.

If you are looking for US private label customers, start by asking about New York. Consider London if you can also supply UK customers. Before booking either show, ask its team whether registered visitors are looking for personal care products like yours.

What the sourcing audience means for your factory

The organizer describes an audience of retailers, online sellers and e-commerce professionals. Its offer covers both ready-to-brand products and custom private label manufacturing. This makes the event relevant when you sell a product that another business can put under its own name. If you only want retailers to stock your existing consumer brand, this sourcing focus may be less useful to you. New York event overview

For your personal care range, the useful conversation is whether a visitor can launch or extend a line using your products. Bring a clear explanation of what can change. A bottle carrying a demonstration label could represent an existing formula with new packaging, or a product requiring development. Those are different buying decisions; an attractive display should not leave visitors guessing which service you offer.

That distinction also helps you judge the event before buying space. If every order must begin with an expensive development project, ask whether the relevant visitors are seeking development partners. If you offer an established range, be ready to explain your minimum order quantities. The show promotes low-minimum-order products, but you still need to quote quantities your factory can supply.

The current New York directory includes Beauty Care Labs, Nutrix International and Oregon Soap Company. Look at their profiles to see how other personal care suppliers describe their offers. Being listed does not guarantee they will attend, and an exhibitor list cannot tell you how many customers will come to buy. Ask the organizer where your products would fit on the current floor plan. New York brings product sourcing into a wider retail event

The New York expo shares access with Smart Retail Tech, E-commerce Packaging and Labeling, and Retail Supply Chain & Logistics Expo. The program also includes talks. Those neighboring subjects matter because someone exploring a personal care launch may still be deciding how to package and deliver it. New York show overview

The visitor page includes people starting a business from home as well as sellers with established operations. Some may still be exploring a product idea; others may be ready to discuss an order. Who attends in New York

For that reason, a busy aisle is not enough to judge the opportunity. During conversations, find out whether the visitor already sells a range or is investigating a first launch. Both can be useful contacts, but they need different discussions. An established brand may have a packaging brief ready; a first-time seller may need to understand which decisions come before a quotation.

Use a small set of samples that helps those conversations. For example, show how one product looks in the packaging options you actually supply. Label illustrative artwork clearly, and avoid presenting a customer's branding without permission. Show only options your factory can actually deliver.

The New York booth rules affect where those samples go

For an in-line pipe-and-drape booth with 3-foot side drapes, the published rules keep displays over 4 feet out of the front 5 feet. They state an 8-foot maximum height. Place tall product shelving toward the back, and have the organizer confirm the rules for your exact booth configuration. New York booth information

A custom build also needs an approved exhibitor-appointed contractor, usually called an EAC. Javits supplies electricity; GES is the official show contractor. Before accepting a booth build quote, check who will supply each service. A rendering of illuminated shelves does not tell you whether the electrical order is included. Pipe-and-drape setup is currently scheduled for September 29, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Space-only build access must be agreed with the account manager. Those are different arrangements: do not plan a custom installation around the shorter exhibitor setup window. New York schedule and access

Should you also exhibit in London?

The London edition also presents product sourcing alongside retail services. Its categories include health and beauty, with seminars and networking as part of the event. Ask the London team about the UK customers you want to reach. Even if you receive useful inquiries in New York, check who is coming to London before paying for a second booth. London event overview

The service arrangements differ too. London's published supplier list names Creative Live as the exclusive electricity supplier and EFI Logistics as the only permitted forklift operator. If you exhibit at both shows, you may be able to reuse your product presentation. Ask for a separate London installation and service quote, and check the suppliers named in it. FAQ

How much does it cost to exhibit, and is the free ticket enough?

A free visitor ticket does not include a booth. You need to pay separately to exhibit. The public inquiry form does not list booth prices, so ask the organizer for a written quote for your chosen city and booth size. Official exhibition enquiry form

Is an unsolicited attendee-list offer part of exhibiting?

Do not treat it as a show benefit. The organizer warns about fraudulent data offers. Separately, some official sponsorship options describe access to registration information. Ask the organizer what a specific package includes and how those contacts may be used; that is different from buying a list from an unknown seller. Official important notice, New York sponsorship options

Can you serve refreshments while discussing your samples in New York?

Ask Cultivated for approval before bringing in outside food or drinks to serve at your booth. Booking a booth does not give you that permission. If you plan to offer product tastings, check the separate sampling rules too, before designing your counter. New York food and beverage instructions

Before you reserve space

Show the organizer your personal care range and ask which visitors are looking for those products. If they describe customers you can supply, request the current floor plan and a booth quote. Choose a space where visitors can compare your samples and talk through the order they have in mind.
