Previously known as BIOMEDevice Silicon Valley, the event takes place November 18–19, 2026, at the Santa Clara Convention Center. For component suppliers preparing to meet device development and purchasing teams, we shape the layout around the samples visitors need to examine and the conversations your staff need to hold. You review the proposed arrangement and quoted services before production, with one project manager coordinating the booth work.
Make small components easy to examine
A tiny part can disappear against a busy backdrop. We position the sample display where an engineer can approach it, with an enlarged image or application graphic nearby to explain what they are looking at. Your priority samples guide the counter arrangement; spare stock and literature get their own storage space. Where a product discussion needs drawings or a laptop, we place that conversation beside the display without using the sample counter as a meeting table.
From your sample list to a booth ready for your team
Send your booth dimensions, open sides, sample photos or list, and budget range. We use those details to propose the display arrangement and identify any furniture, screen or custom counter requirements.
We develop the booth design and quote around the agreed display needs. Your team confirms the layout and public-facing graphics; we clarify the included booth work and any show services that need separate ordering.
After approval, your project manager coordinates fabrication, booth checks, transport and installation. We confirm the pre-show review appropriate to your booth and share the agreed review materials before delivery. Dismantling follows the project plan after the show.
Before you commission your MEDevice exhibit
No. Exhibition space is booked with the MEDevice organizer. Our rental proposal covers the exhibit we supply for that space and the services listed in your quote. Once you have a proposed or confirmed footprint, we can discuss the layout. The organizer’s space price is separate from the cost of designing, building and installing your exhibit.
The main choices are the footprint, number and type of display counters, custom graphics, furniture and any screens. Shipping and installation also depend on the project. We quote the arrangement you are reviewing and identify the included services. Share a working budget with your sample list so we can discuss which display features deserve priority.
Yes, where the equipment and show requirements allow it. Include the equipment dimensions, weight and utility needs in your inquiry. We assess the booth arrangement and the supporting furniture or displays, then identify services to confirm for the demonstration. Your technical team remains responsible for operating the equipment; the rental exhibit does not establish its medical or regulatory suitability.
Yes. You can begin with sample sizes, quantities and general display needs, without sending confidential drawings. We can discuss the counter arrangement and meeting area from that information. Before detailed product content enters graphics or screens, your team approves what may be shown publicly. Any confidential technical material needed later should follow an agreed sharing process.
