Match the MD&M West Booth to What You Sell
MedTech Products and Components
Begin with the device, component, clinical task or manufacturing step that a technical visitor needs to understand. The layout can support close product viewing, controlled demonstrations and specialist meetings while your team remains responsible for approved technical, clinical and regulatory claims.
Automation and Robotics
Map every moving envelope, sensor, guard, control, operator position and visitor viewing zone. Add the confirmed power, network, air and reset requirements before walls, counters or overhead identification reduce access to the working system.
Design and Manufacturing Services
Show the handoff from concept to production with approved drawings, prototypes, materials, inspection evidence or process samples. Give engineering visitors a direct path to the proof while preserving a place for sourcing, qualification and project discussions.
Plastics and Polymer Solutions
Connect material, tooling, processing and the finished part. Sample lighting, labels, machine interfaces and technical storage should help buyers compare the right application without turning the exhibit into a wall of unsupported performance claims.
Packaging and Labeling Technology
Build the story around the process buyers need to assess: forming, filling, sealing, inspection, coding, labeling or product protection. Running equipment and sample handling require a different booth plan from a static material portfolio, so the demonstration method should be confirmed first.
An MD&M West Exhibit Rental with a Defined Project Scope
MD&M West brings five manufacturing sectors into one event. That creates useful cross-sector traffic, but it also makes a generic exhibit easier to overlook. A medical component, robot cell, prototyping service, resin system and packaging line need different proof, operating clearances and conversations. The booth should first help the right visitor recognize the problem you solve, then make the relevant product or demonstration easy to examine.King Exhibits develops the rental architecture around the confirmed booth and product brief. Rental walls, towers, lightboxes, counters, flooring, storage and meeting components can establish the main structure. Selected custom surrounds, supports, mounts or branded details can be quoted where the product needs a fitted interface. Graphics and screens are positioned against the approved content and demo map rather than added after fabrication. The accepted proposal identifies the design, rental, custom fabrication, graphics, packing, transportation coordination, installation, dismantling, AV or storage work included from King Exhibits. Equipment, samples, technical content and services controlled by the organizer, venue or official providers remain separately assigned. This distinction helps marketing, engineering, procurement and exhibit operations review the same project without assuming every show charge or customer-supplied item is included.King Exhibits is an independent exhibit provider. References to MD&M West, Informa and Anaheim Convention Center describe the event context only and do not imply affiliation, endorsement or official-contractor status.
Give Each MD&M West Visitor the Right First Proof
Start with the operating principle, application, sample or design decision they came to test. Keep specifications and technical specialists close enough to continue the question without blocking the main aisle.
Show how the product enters a process, what it changes and what output follows. Demonstration access, material flow, service clearance and a reset plan matter more than a decorative equipment surround.
Use only approved evidence and clearly defined conditions. Give inspection, material, traceability or validation information a logical place while keeping unsupported certification or performance language off the booth graphics.
Provide a direct route from the technical proof to implementation, supply, partnership or commercial discussion. A quieter table or semi-private meeting area can support the next decision without forcing every visitor through a presentation.
Freeze the Equipment Interface Before the Exhibit Surround
Give each machine or physical product an item number and record its operating footprint, weight, movement, doors, guards, ventilation, service access, operator position and delivery method. Add the confirmed power, air, water, drainage, exhaust, data or rigging interfaces. King Exhibits can then place the rented structure and quoted custom work outside those zones. The shared interface sheet helps product engineering and exhibit production approve the same physical conditions before fabrication begins.

Give Every Live Demo a Connection Plan and a Fallback
List what each visitor will operate or watch, who runs the demo, how long it takes and what must reset. Record power, wired or wireless data, screen inputs, local hardware, cable exits and heat or noise conditions. For cloud-connected software, prepare an approved local or recorded fallback. The booth plan can then protect the demonstration footprint while current Anaheim and show-specific service orders stay assigned to the responsible official provider.
Assign Every Show Service Before the Proposal Is Released
Separate the exhibit components from customer equipment and organizer- or venue-controlled services. Name who supplies, orders, pays for, receives, connects and removes each item. King Exhibits can include the agreed rental, custom, graphic, packing, transport and onsite work in its proposal while keeping official services visible as separate responsibilities. Reconcile the matrix with the current exhibitor manual and service list before production, because provider rules and deadlines can change by edition.

Carry One Approved Plan from 3D Design to Anaheim Setup

King Exhibits serves U.S. and international exhibitors from a Las Vegas operation with booth design, 3D visualization, rental, custom fabrication, graphics production, transportation, installation and dismantling, LED/AV and storage capabilities. CNC and wood fabrication, staging and packing preparation support the work that is actually listed in the project proposal. Nationwide execution is confirmed according to project scope, schedule and venue requirements; it is not a promise that every service in every city is self-performed.The approved 3D plan can carry the booth footprint, product interfaces, graphics, screens, storage, meeting areas and service points into the production records. Rental and quoted custom components are prepared against that scope. Pre-build or quality-control activity is applied according to the project rather than promised as an identical full assembly for every booth. Before shipment, component, graphic and packing records can be checked against the approved design and customer-supplied equipment list. That continuity gives the exhibit lead a practical way to see what King Exhibits supplies, what travels separately and what still depends on current official show services.
Current MD&M West 2027 Planning Facts

The organizer currently lists MD&M West for February 9–11, 2027 at Anaheim Convention Center, 800 W Katella Avenue, Anaheim, California. Confirm these details again before travel, freight or labor is booked.

The current event has five sectors: MedTech, Automation, Design & Manufacturing, Plastics and Packaging. The organizer’s 2027 exhibit path asks prospective exhibitors to review the floor plan, choose booth size and preferred locations, and contact show sales. Space reservation is handled by the organizer, not King Exhibits.

At the time of this review, the public exhibitor FAQ lists 2027 move-in and move-out as TBD, and a complete 2027 operating manual was not located on the public pages reviewed. Keep freight, labor, service and final design decisions open until the current official materials are available.

Anaheim Convention Center identifies designated providers for services including internet/data, food and beverage, and certain rigging or house-sound work. The current MD&M West manual and vendor list must determine the final provider, scope, forms and deadlines for the assigned booth.

No. King Exhibits is an independent booth design and rental provider. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by MD&M West, Informa, Anaheim Convention Center or their official contractors. Current organizer and venue documents control booth rules, official services, assignments and deadlines.
Yes, when each demonstration has a defined footprint, operator, viewer zone, utilities, content source, supplies and reset plan. Send equipment drawings, weights, movement, service access, screen/network requirements and sample handling so these interfaces can be designed before the booth structure is released.
The responsible party must be assigned in the proposal and service matrix. Some services are controlled by the show, venue or designated providers and cannot be replaced by the exhibit-rental company. The current 2027 exhibitor manual and vendor list must determine final ordering channels, forms and deadlines.
Rental structures, counters, screens and selected graphics can be reconfigured when they fit the next footprint and brand plan. Product interfaces, utilities, rules, official services and graphics must still be reviewed for the next event. Reuse is strongest when future booth sizes and required demo elements are known during the first design.
Send the sector, booth assignment, footprint and open sides; products, equipment drawings, weights and demonstrations; power, data, air, water, rigging or AV needs; graphics, meetings and storage; freight and onsite responsibilities; budget direction; and the deadlines or organizer documents currently available. We will use that brief to prepare a 3D direction and written scope.
