A Licensing Expo Exhibit Rental Built Around Portfolio Discovery and Partner Meetings
Licensing Expo brings exhibiting brand owners and agents together with manufacturers, licensees and retailers looking for properties and partnerships. That makes the booth more than a branded backdrop. It has to help a visitor identify the relevant property, understand the possible consumer-product or channel fit, find the right member of your team and continue into a useful conversation.King Exhibits starts with your priority IP, partnership goals and meeting plan. We map property groups, aisle messages, approved imagery, digital content, sample or concept displays, screens, seating and storage before the rental architecture is finalized. The 3D review gives brand, licensing, creative and event teams one physical plan to comment on.Rental walls, towers, counters, lightboxes, display fixtures, flooring, furniture and storage can be combined with approved graphics, LED/AV and selected custom elements when included in the proposal. The design may support a single launch, a broad portfolio, category-specific licensing discussions or appointment-led business development.Your company remains responsible for rights, claims, approvals, files, samples, presenters and the licensing terms it discusses. The accepted proposal identifies the King-supplied exhibit work and separates the organizer-, venue- or third-party services that require their own current orders.
Organize the Booth Around How Partners Evaluate an IP Portfolio
Group properties by the people who recognize and buy into them. Use a clear entry message for each audience, then connect it to relevant product categories and the team member who can discuss the opportunity.
Arrange the portfolio around apparel, toys, food and beverage, beauty, publishing, gaming, home, travel or another verified category. This helps a manufacturer or retailer move directly to the commercial area it understands.
Identify where regional, retail, ecommerce, promotional or other channel conversations belong without implying availability that your licensing team has not approved. Keep detailed territory information inside the meeting process.
Give the current lead property or partnership theme more visual weight, while secondary IP remains discoverable through a consistent browse system rather than competing for equal attention.
Let Visitors Reach the Relevant Property Without Reading Every Wall
Start with the partners you most want to meet, then group the portfolio by a single useful logic: consumer category, audience, territory opportunity or priority franchise. Give each group a short aisle-level cue and a clear next step. King Exhibits can carry that approved hierarchy into graphics, digital browse points, sample positions and meeting destinations, helping a qualified visitor move from recognition to the right licensing contact without turning the booth into a wall of competing artwork.

Plan the Space Around Appointment Turnover, Not Just Seat Count
List the meeting types, typical group size, presentation method, privacy need and expected turnover before choosing tables or rooms. The layout may need a visible check-in point, a short waiting position, open tables for early qualification and a quieter area for detailed portfolio discussion. Screens, power, storage and staff routes should follow that sequence. This keeps scheduled conversations moving while the public edge remains available to manufacturers, licensees or retailers discovering the portfolio between appointments.
Match Every Printed or Digital Property to an Approved Asset Record
Before graphic production, record the property name, approved artwork version, logo treatment, copy, language, location and final approver for every visible asset. Do the same for screen content, samples and concept products. King Exhibits can map those items to the 3D plan and production files, but your team controls ownership, usage rights and legal approval. A clear record reduces the chance that an outdated character image, unapproved claim or wrong property label reaches the show floor.

Review Portfolio, Graphics, Meetings and Build Scope in One 3D Plan

King Exhibits has supported U.S. exhibit projects since 2008 and works from a Las Vegas operation. For a licensing booth, our 3D review can identify which property appears on each major graphic surface, where visitors browse, how samples or screens are used, where appointments begin and what the team must store. The approved plan then guides rental preparation, graphic sizing and selected CNC or wood-fabricated details included in the proposal.Pre-build checks and quality control can be scoped before loading. Transportation, installation, dismantling and storage are included only when the accepted proposal names them. Organizer-, venue- and official-provider services remain separate responsibilities unless the contract states otherwise. That written division gives creative, licensing, event and procurement teams the same physical scope to review before production begins.

Yes, when the portfolio is edited and grouped before design begins. Provide the priority properties and the commercial logic visitors should use—such as consumer category, audience, territory or current partnership goal. King can turn that approved hierarchy into graphics, screens, browse points and meeting destinations instead of giving every IP equal visual weight.
Yes. Share appointment volume, group sizes, presentation needs, privacy requirements and staff roles. The layout can keep an open orientation area at the aisle, add quick qualification points and reserve quieter tables or rooms for detailed discussion. The final capacity depends on the contracted footprint, open sides and storage requirement.
Yes, if your team confirms the rights, status, labels and approved claims for each item. Send dimensions, handling needs, security concerns and the discussion each sample supports. King can quote display fixtures or selected custom supports, while your team remains responsible for ownership, permissions and the distinction between launched products and concepts.
Yes. Provide screen sizes, source devices, playback method, sound, power, internet dependency, control access and meeting use. We can position quoted screens and cable access within the booth. Keep the essential portfolio available offline, and order any required venue-controlled electrical, internet or AV services through the responsible current provider.
Yes, but only after the current organizer and venue requirements are checked. Share the activity, performer, schedule, queue, sightlines, sound, power, props, staff and safety needs before design release. King can plan the physical exhibit elements in its proposal but does not grant IP rights or guarantee organizer approval.
No. The accepted proposal identifies the rental exhibit, graphics, custom work, transport and onsite services assigned to King. Electrical, internet, AV, catering, cleaning, security, material handling, rigging and other organizer- or venue-controlled services may require separate current orders. The service list and appointed providers must be rechecked for the active edition.
Send the event edition, booth number and size, open sides, floor plan, priority IP, property grouping, target partner types, meeting plan, approved brand assets, screens, samples, special activities, storage, budget, freight timing and the exact design, rental, graphic, transport or onsite work you want King Exhibits to quote.
