Your souvenir range needs to make sense in a destination gift shop. The Las Vegas Souvenir & Resort Gift Show gives you a focused place to assess that fit. Here is what the 2026 event offers and what to check before choosing your display space.
The 2026 show at a glance
The next show is scheduled for October 6–9, 2026, at the Las Vegas Convention Center, South Hall. The published hours are 9 a.m.–5 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday and 9 a.m.–2 p.m. Friday. Check the official show website again before booking travel; these details were verified on September 7, 2026.

This is a wholesale event, with attendance restricted to the trade. You are preparing to meet retailers buying merchandise for their stores, rather than tourists shopping for individual gifts. The official attendee page describes its audience and product focus; the FAQ sets out trade admission.
The event belongs to the Clarion Events Gift & Souvenir portfolio. Its portfolio calendar lists the Las Vegas event separately from other gift shows. This guide concerns the Las Vegas show only.
Why destination retail is the useful distinction
The attendee page identifies souvenir stores, resort gift shops and tourist attractions among the buying channels. It also includes museum shops and national park retailers. The common thread is merchandise that visitors can connect with a place. Official attendee information

For your custom souvenir range, that makes a finished destination design more useful than a wall of undecorated blanks. A mug carrying a sample place name lets a retailer discuss what would change for their own shop. Present it as a design example, without suggesting an existing customer relationship.
There is room for more than small souvenirs. The show covers apparel and resort merchandise alongside gifts. But a large product category does not make every item in it a strong match. A generic promotional mug still needs a convincing retail presentation and an order size a gift shop can buy. If your offer only works as a large corporate giveaway order, resolve that mismatch before committing to the show. This is our assessment of the audience fit, not an admission rule.
The organizer's prospectus names retailers that have attended previously. Those names help you understand the channels the show has served; they do not confirm meetings or attendance in 2026. 2026 exhibitor prospectus
Choose a display format around the samples you need to show
The main Souvenir / Resort offering is the natural starting point for an established souvenir range. Emerging Marketplace is presented as a tabletop entry option for new, first-time exhibitors. Ask the sales team whether your company qualifies before designing for it. Exhibiting options

A tabletop can suit a compact selection of small samples that a retailer can inspect together. If your range needs freestanding racks or a full shelf display, ask about a standard booth instead. The currently linked guidelines prohibit tabletop exhibitors from displaying on the floor. That restriction matters more than how many samples you can squeeze onto a table.
For early drawings, the currently linked document specifies an eight-foot maximum booth height and a one-foot limit for product displays above the tabletop. It also excludes banners above tables. Have Exhibitor Services confirm these limits for your booking before fabrication: the document contains a supplier inconsistency, explained below. Linked booth and tabletop guidelines
The 2026 prospectus also lists Made in America and Native American pavilions. These descriptions concern product origin or authentic artisan work; they are not general themes for any souvenir supplier. For an imported custom range, ask about the ordinary Souvenir / Resort placement rather than assuming a specialty pavilion is available to you. 2026 exhibitor prospectus
What buyers can see before they reach your booth
The official exhibitor directory lets visitors search products and companies, then locate them on the floor plan. Its suggested filters include Low/No Minimum and Immediate Delivery. Exhibitor list and floor plan

Those filters are a useful reminder to describe how your range can actually be ordered. For destination customization, explain whether your minimum applies to each design or the combined order. Distinguish stock ready to ship from products that still need artwork approval. Only select a delivery or minimum-order category that you can support.
On the stand, keep the sample design and its order details together. A retailer should be able to pick up a product, identify its code and understand how to request a version for their location. A dense display of interchangeable samples makes that conversation harder, even when the products themselves are attractive.
Resolve the current service details before you build
The public FAQ states that electricity must be ordered separately and that exhibitors need liability insurance. Obtain the current service kit through the Exhibitor Resource Center to confirm the ordering process and required documents. The FAQ still mixes some older information with 2026 updates, so avoid treating every entry as a final instruction for your booth.

In particular, the guidelines name Fern for tabletop electricity, while the FAQ names The Expo Group. Ask Exhibitor Services to resolve that difference before placing an electrical order. If you plan to demonstrate personalization equipment, send its power needs with your display drawing and request confirmation before bringing it.
FAQ
Does MATCH! participation guarantee sales?
No. The official MATCH! exhibitor program offers arranged meetings at your booth according to the package selected. That is a meeting service, not a promise of orders. Ask the team about buyer relevance and current participation terms before adding it to your booking. MATCH! exhibitor program
Can I photograph another exhibitor's products?
The published FAQ requires written consent from the exhibitor before photographing an exhibit. Ask first, including when you are researching how other souvenir ranges are presented. Official FAQ
Where do I register the staff working on my stand?
Use the exhibitor portal linked from the official resource center, which includes exhibitor badge registration. Keep this separate from buyer registration when organizing your team. Exhibitor Resource Center
Before requesting space
Send the sales team a photo of your proposed souvenir display and explain which destination shops you want to supply. Ask for the available display format and the current rules that apply to it. You will then be choosing space for a specific retail offer, with enough information to brief your booth designer.
