No. The exhibit-space reservation is purchased through the show, while our quotation covers the booth work described in our proposal. Bring your reservation details into the budget discussion. Flooring, equipment services and other show orders need their own line-item review so the total reflects what your particular display requires.
Potentially, once its mounting method and suitability for exhibit construction have been reviewed. A fabric intended for demonstration is not automatically suitable as a structural finish. Send the proposed material and available documentation; we will review the display method against the current show requirements before including it in the booth design.
That depends on the equipment, available space and the show’s conditions for the demonstration. Supply the machine’s overall dimensions and utility requirements, plus the space needed for loading and unloading material. We assess the exhibit layout around that information; the equipment operator must confirm how the demonstration will be conducted.
