If you sell market access software, Pharma Pricing, Reimbursement & Market Access can help you judge where your product fits in pharmaceutical decision-making. Its 2026 program offers a useful starting point for assessing the audience and potential sponsorship, even while the next edition’s dates remain unannounced.
What is the conference about?
Organized by Virtue Insight, this annual conference focuses on drug pricing and market access: how medicines reach patients and how their use is paid for. It is a professional meeting with sponsorship opportunities. You should assess it through its discussions and audience, rather than assume it functions as a pharmaceutical procurement exhibition. Official conference page.

Dates and location: next edition to be announced
Next edition: dates and venue TBD, awaiting organizer confirmation. As of September 8, 2026, we have not found an official announcement for the next edition. You can still use the 2026 information below to decide whether the conference belongs on your shortlist. Official event calendar.

The organizer’s calendar lists the 10th Annual Pharma Pricing, Reimbursement & Market Access 2026 for September 2–3 in Philadelphia. Those dates are now past; they are a reference to the 2026 edition, not the next event’s schedule. The program described below is the organizer’s published 2026 program, not a report of confirmed attendance or completed sessions. 2026 calendar entry.
The 2026 page’s venue section names Live Casino Hotel in Philadelphia, but other sections refer to Boston. Because those details conflict, treat the hotel as the venue listed in that section, not a confirmed location for a future visit. The event page’s unrelated drug-safety wording is also excluded from this guide’s account of the conference. Venue information.
For historical reference, the organizer’s dedicated page for the 9th Annual Pharma Pricing, Reimbursement & Market Access lists October 7–9, 2025, at Embassy Suites by Hilton Philadelphia Airport. These details belong to the 2025 edition only; they do not establish the next conference’s dates or venue. Official 2025 event page.
What the 2026 Pharma PRMA program tells you
The event uses Pharma PRMA as a short name. Its listed 2026 program combines presentations, panels and roundtable discussions. Sessions cover market access data credibility, pricing strategies and real-world evidence. Official program.

The data-credibility session is particularly relevant if your software helps people judge whether access information is current. It gives you a reason to investigate the conference beyond the presence of pharmaceutical brands. A useful demonstration might follow one payer coverage record from its source to a user’s screen. Present that example only if your product can actually do it; a long list of dashboard features would leave the underlying question unanswered.
Pricing discussions create a different test. Your product may help a team compare assumptions before making a commercial decision, but that does not mean it chooses the right drug price. If this is the work your software supports, prepare an example showing where the user supplies judgment and where the system supplies data. The distinction matters more here than a broad promise to use AI.
For an evidence-focused product, the real-world evidence sessions provide another point of relevance. Real-world evidence uses analysis of routinely collected health data to understand a medical product’s use, benefits or risks. FDA explanation. Explain which part of that work your tool supports. A system for organizing evidence should not be presented as if it independently proves a medicine’s value or guarantees reimbursement.
These are different conversations within one conference. For a first investigation, choose the one that best matches your actual software. The listed agenda gives you a starting point for that choice, not a guarantee that the next edition will repeat the same topics.
Who would your team be trying to meet?
The 2026 page lists speakers from Sandoz and Takeda, alongside a CVS Health representative. That supports treating Pharma PRMA as a meeting of people working on medicine access and related decisions. It does not establish how many attendees buy software, or verify who actually attended. Listed speakers.

The program suggests focusing on heads or directors of market access and pricing, as well as people responsible for health economics and evidence. These are roles to look for, not a verified breakdown of attendees. Your most useful contact would be someone who owns the access-data problem your software solves. A recognizable company logo is less informative than that person’s role. Ask the organizer for the latest available breakdown by job function and identify whether your intended users are represented before proposing a sponsorship internally.
If your software primarily manages factory production, this program gives you little reason to prioritize the event. If it supports market access teams but only in a different geography, check whether the relevant market is part of the next confirmed program. Philadelphia identifies the meeting location; it does not mean every discussion or prospective customer is exclusively American.
What would your sponsorship let you show?
The 2026 page includes a sponsorship inquiry route and delegate registration options. It does not provide enough public detail to treat either as a confirmed exhibit-space package. Sponsorship and registration information.

For a future edition, ask the organizer to distinguish a seat at the conference from a staffed display location. A presentation opportunity would not necessarily provide somewhere to continue a conversation afterward.
Before commissioning a display, obtain the allocated dimensions and a plan showing where it sits relative to the meeting rooms. Request the rules for screens and freestanding graphics, then confirm power and internet arrangements. Delivery access and installation times also need written instructions; the hotel name does not supply those answers.
Questions before you commit
Can our delegate ticket give us permission to promote the software throughout the hotel?
Do not assume it does. Ask where commercial conversations and promotional materials are permitted, especially outside any assigned display area. Keep that answer with the booking documents so your onsite team knows what it can do. The reviewed public information does not establish a hotel-wide selling permission.
Should we demonstrate with a real customer’s access data?
Use synthetic data or material already approved for public demonstration. A visitor may ask to explore beyond your rehearsed screen, so check the entire demonstration account first. If a credible example depends on confidential information, move that discussion to a separately arranged session with the appropriate permissions.
What if the organizer offers visibility but cannot explain who attends?
Keep the event as a research candidate. Ask whether a relevant colleague can attend as a delegate at a future confirmed edition before you commit to sponsorship. That would let your team assess the conversations firsthand; it would not guarantee access to prospects or recover the cost of attending.
Would registration reserve a place at a particular roundtable?
The 2026 agenda describes roundtable seating as first come, first served. Do not count a specific table as a guaranteed meeting with a prospect. For a future edition, check whether the format and seating policy remain the same before making a particular discussion central to your visit. Roundtable participation notes.
Decide whether to keep it on your shortlist
Use the 2026 program to identify one discussion your software can contribute to. If that connection is clear, keep the conference on your shortlist while the next dates are pending. Once the next edition is announced, check its audience and display options before committing to a sponsorship or commissioning a display.
