A Rental Exhibit for Your Pizza Equipment Team
King Exhibits provides custom booth rentals for oven manufacturers and equipment brands exhibiting at International Pizza Expo. The next show is scheduled for April 13–15, 2027, at the Las Vegas Convention Center’s West Hall. Your audience includes pizzeria owners, operators and buyers who need to understand how the equipment would work in their own business.
We design the exhibit around what your team will demonstrate, then handle the agreed booth fabrication, transport, installation and dismantling. Your equipment and booked space determine the layout and furniture. A working oven, a static model display and a sales meeting each need different room; we bring those needs into one layout before you approve the build.
Omitted
For a live bake, we develop the layout around the oven’s footprint, the operator’s working position and the route from preparation to serving. Your equipment specifications help us account for access and required clearances before the booth design is finalized. Cooking and sampling must follow the applicable show requirements. We identify the booth work in our proposal and clarify who will arrange equipment utilities and food service, so a drawing is not mistaken for permission to cook.
If the oven will stay off, we can give buyers space to examine the loading area, controls and finish while your sales team explains the model. The exhibit can include graphics or a screen for baking footage, with a nearby place to discuss equipment selection. We review the equipment dimensions and how it will enter the booth before fixing display positions. This also gives you a practical alternative to discuss if live cooking is not part of your show plan.
One Project Manager for the Booth and the Oven Plan

Your applications team has a demonstration to prepare. Your marketing team has invitations and meetings to arrange. Our dedicated project manager keeps the booth design, fabrication, delivery and installation connected, so you have one person to contact when an equipment change affects the exhibit.
We also make the rental proposal specific to that plan. You can review the booth components and services included in our price, alongside any show services or equipment-related work to be arranged separately. If you change the oven lineup or demonstration plan, we review the effect on the layout and quote before proceeding with the affected work.
Questions Before You Book Your Pizza Expo Booth Build
Yes. We can discuss the equipment you want to bring and the demonstration you have in mind while you compare space options. Final dimensions, open sides and the assigned position will be needed to develop the layout. Booking exhibit space is a separate arrangement with the show organizer; our rental service covers the exhibit itself.
No. Renting an exhibit does not authorize cooking or food sampling. Those activities need to meet the applicable show requirements. We use the planned activity to develop the booth layout and clarify the related work in our proposal. Your team’s cooking equipment, food operations and required permissions must be addressed separately from the booth rental.
Start with the oven models, dimensions and whether they will operate during the show. A product sheet is useful if you have one. We then review working access, equipment placement and any display furniture around the ovens. Utility needs and manufacturer clearances will be checked as the plan develops; you do not need to draw the booth yourself.
Equipment transport needs a separate review. Share the packed dimensions, weight, pickup location and handling requirements for each oven, and we will clarify what can be included in the project. The agreed transport of booth components should not be treated as confirmation that oven freight, unloading or venue material handling is included.
We need to review your design, equipment and requested services before confirming a workable schedule. Contact us while the oven lineup and demonstration plan are being decided, rather than waiting for every graphic to be finished. We will identify the remaining inputs and confirm the project timing against the applicable show dates and ordering requirements.
Which Ovens Are You Bringing to Pizza Expo?
Send the model names or a brief equipment list, your booth size and whether you plan to bake on site. Include your budget range if it is available. We will use those details to discuss an exhibit layout and the services to include in your rental quote.
