Choose the Layout by What Buyers Need to Inspect
Fresh, Chilled and Frozen SeafoodPlan the display temperature, equipment size, refill access, drainage or condensation issue, package labels and product handoff before fixing counter dimensions.Packaged and Value-Added ProductsKeep the retail or foodservice format beside the sample. Add assortment, case-pack and specification conversations without turning the wall into a product catalogue.Processing and Packaging EquipmentProvide equipment dimensions, operating clearance, power and other utility loads, operator position and the difference between a live and static demonstration.Associations and Multi-Company PavilionsSeparate shared identity, member visibility, cold display, hospitality, storage and meeting needs. The booth assignment and governance of each participating company must be clear before design.
A Rental Exhibit Built Around Your Seafood Program
Seafood Expo North America brings seafood suppliers, processors, equipment companies and buyers into one B2B marketplace. The 2027 edition is scheduled for March 7–9 at Thomas M. Menino Convention & Exhibition Center in Boston. Their exhibits do not all need the same layout. A frozen-product exporter may prioritize cold cases and importer meetings; a processor may need package presentation and samples; an equipment supplier may need working clearance, power and a technical discussion area.King Exhibits develops the quoted booth structure, custom details, graphics, storage and meeting layout from your actual product and demonstration plan. We can coordinate the accepted transportation, installation and dismantle scope as part of the project. The event and venue use named official vendors for booth furnishings and decorator labor, freight handling, utilities, catering, refrigeration/freezer equipment and ice. Those services, show approvals, booth space and product compliance are not automatically included in a King proposal. Each responsibility must be confirmed in the current exhibitor materials and accepted quote.
Give Each Seafood Buyer a Clear Next Conversation
Move from product appearance or taste into assortment, pack format, shelf position, private label and supply questions.
Show preparation format and intended use, then create room to discuss consistency, menu fit and operating requirements.
Support scheduled conversations about territory, logistics, documentation, product range and commercial fit.
Give technical teams a safe viewing position and a separate place to review throughput, interfaces, maintenance and project requirements.
Map the Cold Route Before You Size the Counter
List each product’s arrival condition, display temperature, daily quantity, refill unit and end-of-day destination. Then add the freezer, refrigerator or ice display dimensions, door swing, heat output, utilities and staff access. The 3D review should follow the product from stock to presentation without crossing the visitor handoff. This exposes a short refill path, an inaccessible plug or a door conflict while the booth is still a plan—not during show setup.

Turn Product Interest into a Qualified Meeting
Decide what a buyer should understand at the display: species or product form, package, application and the person who can continue the discussion. Keep that information close to the product, then route qualified retail, foodservice, distribution or processing buyers to the right sales area. A tasting line or equipment crowd should not become the only place to talk. The layout gives visitors a clear next step while staff continue serving or demonstrating.
Confirm Every Official Service Interface for SENA 2027
Before approving the booth, confirm the current service kit and assign every order. Freeman is currently listed for booth furnishings, decorator labor, freight handling and shipping; MCCA / the venue for power, internet, water, drain and gas; Lowe Refrigeration for refrigeration/freezer equipment; Acme Ice for ice; Levy Restaurants for catering; and the Greater Boston Food Bank for product donations. Verify current forms, delivery requirements and sampling responsibilities, then state which party orders, pays for and performs each service.

See Equipment Interfaces in 3D Before Fabrication

King Exhibits can place the accepted freezer, refrigerated case, ice display, processing equipment, counter opening, graphics, storage and meeting area in one 3D review. Your team can check visibility, access and traffic before approving the structure around them.Rental architecture carries the main booth volume. Quoted custom fabrication and graphics handle the product-specific surround and brand presentation. Our CNC and wood-fabrication capability, project-based pre-build and quality checks, staging and packing provide a practical path from approved design to identified booth components. The proposal states the transportation and onsite work King accepts; official services remain separate unless expressly included.

Yes, subject to the current event, venue and product requirements. The official FAQ states that sampling must take place on the exhibit floor. Send the product condition, sample method, temperature, equipment, serviceware, waste and responsible staff before the counter is designed.
Send the 2027 booth assignment, dimensions and open sides; products and samples; refrigeration, ice or processing equipment; utilities; target buyers and meetings; graphics and AV; storage, freight, budget and requested onsite services. King will use that scope for the 3D concept and proposal.
