Make One Campus Assignment Control Every Handoff
Georgia World Congress Center connects Buildings A, B and C, each with its own halls, levels, entrances and loading access. Large events can make a familiar brand difficult to find when the booth, shipment and sales instructions use incomplete location data. King Exhibits treats the building, hall and booth number as the project address. The same record informs visitor directions, approach graphics, product orientation, service interfaces and packed-piece identification. The exhibit still begins with a buyer promise and a useful reason to enter; location discipline simply ensures that the experience reaches the right floor. Marketing, logistics, production and the sales team can work from one approved assignment instead of reconciling separate versions during move-in.
Write the Complete Location on Every Project Record
Use the event name, GWCC building, hall, booth number and current delivery instruction together. King Exhibits can carry that identity from the 3D plan to component labels and packing documents when included in scope. Vendors and staff no longer receive a vague direction to “the convention center.” The discipline matters most when several halls, contractors or receiving points operate at once. It also gives procurement a simple control: a service order or shipment is incomplete until it names the location where the booth actually operates.

Direct Buyers with One Repeatable Landmark
The campus provides public wayfinding, but the exhibitor still needs a recognition device within the assigned hall. Identify the aisle or entrance most important to target buyers and give it one memorable message, product form or approved overhead element. King Exhibits tests that view in 3D and carries the same wording into appointment outreach. Salespeople can say where to find the booth in a sentence, and invited accounts know what to look for after they reach the correct building.
Route Freight to the Event’s Receiving Method
GWCC publishes building dock information, while event-specific receiving windows, handling and distribution are controlled through show management and the general contractor. Confirm the advance warehouse or direct-to-show method, carrier deadline, dock route and outbound instructions before labels are issued. King Exhibits can align packed pieces with the approved booth plan and agreed installation sequence. The venue address alone is not a freight plan. The correct event and building information must travel with every shipment that needs to reach the floor.

Keep Campus Services Separate but Connected
Current GWCC information identifies dedicated partners for electrical and plumbing, internet and telephone, food and beverage, and certain audiovisual or rigging functions. Show management may add other appointed contractors. King Exhibits places the booth-side requirements in the design and records the provider responsible for each order. Procurement can see how a service supports a specific product, screen, light or hospitality activity. The result is one functioning exhibit plan without pretending that a single booth supplier controls every official campus service.
Senzani — 20×30 Exhibit at PACK EXPO 2025
Senzani’s completed 20×30 exhibit is a verified King Exhibits reference for product visibility, branded production and practical buyer discussions. It was not installed at Georgia World Congress Center. Buyers can use it to assess finish and the clarity of an equipment-led layout. The GWCC booth will be developed from the exact building and hall, live approach, products, receiving method, service providers, sales goals and accepted written scope.

One Location Record Follows the Work into Packing

King Exhibits has supported U.S. exhibit projects since 2008. Las Vegas-based production support combines 3D design, rental preparation, custom graphics, CNC work and wood fabrication. The approved building and booth assignment can remain attached to drawings, graphics, component identification and the pack record. Important assemblies may be checked before packing when included in scope. Freight coordination, installation and dismantling, audiovisual support and storage are defined only when accepted in writing. This gives the client a practical link between the exhibit it approved and the specific GWCC location where the work must arrive and operate.
Carry the Correct GWCC Assignment through Every Decision
The same building, hall and booth identity guides buyers, providers, production and freight.
Record the event, building, hall, booth, entrances, dock method, organizer manual and current provider information.
Place recognition, products, demonstrations, meetings and staff use around the most valuable attendee approach.
Approve services, receiving, component plan, graphics, responsibilities, budget, schedule and accepted written scope.
Production and packing follow the approved location record, with freight and field support handled as agreed.
Each building contains different halls, levels, entrances and loading access. The live event configuration also affects approach traffic, provider instructions and receiving. King Exhibits uses the building, hall and booth number before orienting the exhibit or issuing production information. A reusable structure may work in another GWCC building, but its former front, service locations, height assumptions and freight route should be checked against the current assignment.
Event-specific instructions decide whether freight uses an advance warehouse, a direct receiving window or another general-contractor process. GWCC publishes general dock guidance, but exhibitors should not ship only to the campus address without the event, company, booth and contractor information required by the current manual. King Exhibits can coordinate packing and labels when accepted in scope, while the carrier and official material handler retain their contracted responsibilities.
Current GWCC material identifies exclusive or in-house partners for several services, and the event may appoint additional contractors. The current exhibitor manual should confirm every provider, order method and deadline. King Exhibits can locate booth-side requirements and show how they support products, screens or hospitality. The written scope should distinguish those interfaces from official venue orders so procurement knows who supplies, approves and pays for each part.
Send the event, building, hall, booth number, floor plan, entrances, organizer manual, products, demonstrations, target buyers, meetings, staff count, graphics, screens, utilities, reusable assets, budget and decision date. Include current freight instructions and the installation, dismantling, audiovisual or storage support you want reviewed. King Exhibits uses that record to design the buyer experience and define the rental, production, packing and accepted service scope.
