New York's B2B trade-show calendar is concentrated at Javits Center but also extends to specialist venues in Manhattan and Brooklyn. Fashion and sourcing markets often overlap, while 2027 dates range from confirmed editions to returns with details pending. Before investing in a physical booth, you need to identify which floor reaches your buyers and what venue, display or logistics rules affect execution.
Kingexhibits prepared this selected guide for manufacturers, suppliers and brands planning a New York exhibit. It includes events with professional audiences and formal commercial space, while excluding public festivals, consumer fairs and meetings without a substantial show floor. Organizer figures are presented as evidence, not rankings. Information was checked through August 27, 2026; reconfirm it before signing contracts.

What Every Exhibitor Should Prepare
Every booth needs a clear value proposition, lead capture, product information, storage, staffing, freight planning and follow-up. Add the requirements specific to how buyers evaluate your product.
| Industry or exhibit type | Additional booth requirement |
|---|---|
| Food and beverage | Sampling approval, refrigeration, water, service equipment, daily replenishment and waste |
| Machinery and building systems | Rigging, floor load, power, compressed air, plumbing, safe clearance and barriers |
| Fashion and finished products | Order-writing space, price lists, minimums, delivery windows, colorways and replenishment terms |
| Ingredients and materials | Technical data, use levels, test or certification evidence, formulation samples and traceable sample requests |
| Furniture, interiors and packaging | Material samples, finishes, dimensions, specification files, customization and project lead times |
| Technology and connected equipment | Reliable power and network, integration diagram, secure devices and an offline fallback demonstration |
| Jewelry and high-value products | Controlled access, appropriate lighting, secure storage and an appointment plan |
Major Retail, Gift and Toy Trade Shows

NRF Retail's Big Show
Next New York edition: January 10–12, 2027
Venue: Javits Center
Best for: retail technology, payments, store systems, logistics, analytics, automation and customer-experience suppliers
NRF's 2027 page uses an annual promotional figure of 41,000+ retail professionals. Its value is the mix of retailers, technology buyers, operations teams, store-development leaders, ecommerce executives and senior management. The fit is strongest when your product solves an observable retail problem such as checkout speed, inventory visibility, store labor or omnichannel execution.
Design around a short workflow, with space for technical and commercial follow-up. A live demo, integration map and before-and-after scenario are more useful than a wall of features. Confirm power, network and device security, with an offline fallback.
NY NOW and Shoppe Object
Next editions: NY NOW, January 31–February 2, 2027; Shoppe Object, February 7–9, 2027
Best for: wholesale home, gift, lifestyle, accessories and design-led consumer products
NY NOW limits access to industry professionals and provides a broad wholesale market at Javits. Shoppe Object's current 2027 page promotes 900+ curated brands at Starrett-Lehigh. NY NOW offers greater category breadth; Shoppe Object emphasizes curation and design-led presentation.
Choose by retailer profile and competitive set. In either show, help buyers advance an order. Display by buying logic and keep wholesale price, suggested retail, minimums, case packs, inventory, lead time, shipping origin and reorder terms accessible. Reserve a work surface for line review and order writing.
Toy Fair New York
Next edition: February 20–23, 2027
Venue: Javits Center
Best for: toy and game manufacturers, licensors, inventors, distributors and suppliers serving toy retail
Toy Fair is trade-only, bringing together manufacturers, retailers, distributors, importers, wholesalers, licensors, inventors, designers, sales representatives and trade media. Exhibit only if those roles match your route to market.
Make play value, target age, price position and retail readiness easy to judge. Provide wholesale terms, packaging status, safety-testing information, territories and delivery timing. Interactive products should be easy to reset; a large SKU range needs clear hierarchy.
The organizer's current 2027 Exhibitor Tools page requires at least 20% of aisle-facing exhibit square footage to show visible product and states that booth designs must be submitted for review. Build those requirements into the concept. If licensing or distributor meetings are important, balance open product interaction with an appropriate discussion area.
ICSC New York
2026 dates: December 9–10
Venue: Javits Center
Best for: retail real estate owners, developers, brokers, retailers, service companies and technology providers
ICSC New York is a dealmaking event. The booth should support scheduled conversations, maps, portfolios, market data and negotiation rather than general aisle traffic.
ICSC's official 2026 page publishes exhibit-space rates by tier, membership status and booking period. Advance member rates range from $11.80 to $19.00 per square foot across Tiers C to A; advance non-member rates range from $23.60 to $38.00. These are space rates, not complete booth costs. Construction, furniture, graphics, utilities, freight, labor and show services are additional.
Fashion, Textile, Apparel and Jewelry Trade Shows

Texworld NYC and Apparel Sourcing NYC
The summer 2026 sourcing event brought Texworld NYC, Apparel Sourcing NYC, Home Textiles Sourcing NYC and Printsource together at Javits, with organizer reporting of 425+ international exhibitors across the 2026 co-located group. For January 19–21, 2027, Texworld NYC and Apparel Sourcing NYC are confirmed; do not assume that the other 2026 brands will return until they are separately announced.
Texworld suits fabrics, trims, fibers and materials; Apparel Sourcing covers finished apparel, contract manufacturing and private label. Mills need indexed swatches, composition, weight, width, finish, certification, minimums, capacity, origin and lead time. Manufacturers need capability samples, construction quality and a clear development-to-production workflow. Use finished applications to attract attention, then guide buyers into an organized sample review.
| Other fashion, textile and jewelry show | Best fit | Current New York status or evidence |

Food, Beverage and Hospitality Trade Shows

Summer Fancy Food Show
Next edition: July 25–27, 2027
Venue: Javits Center
Best for: specialty food and beverage manufacturers, importers, distributors and service providers
The 2026 show page reports 2,500+ exhibiting companies, 9,000+ buyer attendees, 345,542 square feet and 57 countries. These measures show supply and buyer presence but cannot be combined as one attendance total.
The show can suit retail-ready brands seeking distributors or specialty retailers, international producers seeking U.S. partners and private-label suppliers. Define whether your target is an importer, distributor, retailer or foodservice account before selecting samples and staff.
Confirm sampling, food handling, refrigeration, water, storage, replenishment and waste. Keep packaging, case configuration, shelf life, certifications, capacity, lead time and distribution status near the product. Separate tasting from buyer discussions, and measure qualified channel conversations rather than samples served.
| Other food, beverage and hospitality show | Best fit | Organizer-reported audience or show evidence |
|---|---|---|
| New York Restaurant Show and Coffee Fest | Restaurant equipment, foodservice products, cafe products and services | Both confirmed for March 7–9, 2027 at Javits; the Restaurant Show's current 2027 page lists 280+ exhibitors and states 86% of attendees have purchasing authority |
| Bar Convent Brooklyn | Spirits, mixers, distribution, bar equipment and hospitality services | Confirmed for June 8–9, 2027 at Industry City; current organizer page reports 5,300 industry professionals and 213 exhibitors without presenting them as guaranteed 2027 totals |
| New York Produce Show | Growers, importers, packaging, logistics and produce technology | December 3, 2026 Javits trade floor; current 2026 promotion states 400+ companies and Buyer-Connect |
Beauty, Packaging and Personal Care Trade Shows

NYSCC Suppliers' Day
Next edition: June 8–9, 2027
Venue: Javits Center
Best for: cosmetic ingredients, formulation, testing, contract manufacturing and technical services
The organizer's 2026 results report 12,499 attendees, nearly 700 exhibitors, 67 countries and a 15% international share. The fit is strongest when your buyer is a formulator, R&D team, technical sourcing manager or product developer.
Organize prototypes by function or formulation challenge. Be ready to explain use level, compatibility, test results, documentation, supply continuity and technical support. Create a controlled sample-request process and a small place where technical staff can review data.
The official 2026 fact sheet listed raw space at $32 per square foot and furnished space at $35 before the early deadline, then $33 and $36 respectively. These are dated exhibit rates with different inclusions, not complete installed-booth budgets.
| Other beauty and packaging show | Best fit | Organizer-reported audience or show evidence |
|---|---|---|
| Be+Well New York | Finished professional beauty, spa and wellness products | Confirmed for March 7–9, 2027; current organizer promotion estimates 35,000+ professionals and 600+ exhibiting brands |
| MakeUp in NewYork | Formulation, contract manufacturing, packaging and accessories | September 16–17, 2026 at Javits; organizer's 2026 exhibitor directory covers the development chain |
| LUXE PACK New York | Premium and luxury packaging | Organizer's 2024 materials reported 5,304 attendees and 84% in senior roles; no 2027 date announced at the cutoff |
Construction, Pharmaceutical and Design Trade Shows

New York Build Expo and InstallerSHOW New York
Next edition: March 2–3, 2027
Venue: Javits Center
New York Build covers construction, architecture, engineering and development; InstallerSHOW New York focuses more directly on building services and installation products. The organizers' current 2027 promotion presents a combined 40,000+ pre-registered attendees and roughly 550 exhibitors. Treat this as a combined promotional estimate, not a guaranteed attendance figure or separate total for each brand.
Choose the relevant zone and buyer path. Show installation sequence, system compatibility, code or test evidence and technical support. Heavy or working systems may require floor-load review, handling, utilities, extraction or safety barriers; resolve these before concept approval.
INTERPHEX
Next edition: April 13–15, 2027
Venue: Javits Center
INTERPHEX's published 2026 figures report 10,000+ industry professionals, 600+ exhibiting brands, visitors from 30+ countries and 75% of attendees with decision-making power. The show serves pharmaceutical and biotech manufacturing equipment, facilities, process technology, automation, packaging and services.
Establish technical credibility and show where the solution fits the manufacturing process. Support demonstrations with performance data, validation approach, compliance documentation, integration requirements and service coverage. A full machine requires freight, rigging, utilities, safety and technician-access planning. If it cannot travel, use an accurate model or digital demonstration tied to operating evidence.
ICFF and Boutique Design New York
Next editions: November 14–16, 2027, running concurrently
Venue: Javits Center
For its May 2026 edition, ICFF's organizer profile presented 450+ brands from 35+ countries and an approximately 10,000-person professional audience. BDNY's official 2023 results recorded nearly 15,000 professionals and 650+ exhibiting companies. These dated figures are not guaranteed 2027 attendance totals.
ICFF serves architects, designers, retailers, developers and specifiers; BDNY focuses on hospitality designers, purchasers, hotel brands, owners and developers. Let buyers experience scale, material and finish, then provide specifications, customization, lead time, warranty and project support. For the concurrent 2027 format, reconfirm floor location, freight schedules and organizer rules.
| Other built-environment show | Best fit | Current status or evidence |
|---|---|---|
| Greenbuild | Sustainable materials, building systems, energy, water and decarbonization | October 21–22, 2026 trade floor; current 2026 organizer promotion states 250+ exhibitors |
| Design at Work New York | Workplace furniture, interiors and workplace products | March 10–11, 2027 debut confirmed at Javits; no historical attendance should be inferred |
Security, Healthcare, Technology and Business Shows

ISC East
Exhibit hall: November 4–5, 2026
Venue: Javits Center
ISC East's organizer-reported 2026 figures list 6,100+ security professionals, 200+ exhibiting brands and representation from 80+ countries. The audience includes integrators, dealers, consultants, end users and public-safety professionals evaluating access control, video, identity, alarms and cybersecurity.
Demonstrate a security outcome, not isolated hardware. Use a short detection, authentication, response or management scenario, then provide integration details. Confirm network, mounting, sightlines, storage and prototype control. Keep a fallback and separate quick demos from longer discussions.
Greater New York Dental Meeting Exhibit Floor
Exhibit floor: November 29–December 1, 2026
Venue: Javits Center
Official 2025 results report 32,012 registrations, including 12,080 dentists, 2,175 hygienists and 2,100 dental assistants, from 138 countries. The organizer also reports 450+ technical exhibitors. This makes the commercial floor relevant to dental equipment, imaging, instruments, materials, laboratory products, software and practice services.
Match the booth to the buying process. Consumables can use hands-on comparison and workflow examples; capital equipment needs scheduled demonstrations, technical consultation, financing or distributor support and safe operating space.
The official 2026 exhibitor FAQ lists a standard 10×10 booth at $5,370 and a 10×10 corner at $6,155. These are exhibit-space charges. Construction, graphics, freight, material handling, electrical, internet, lead retrieval and labor are additional.

What a New York Trade Show Booth Really Costs

| Cost layer | What to verify |
|---|---|
| Exhibit space or package | Square footage, included structure or furniture, badges, directory listing and corner charge |
| Design and fabrication | Structure, graphics, displays, flooring, furniture, lighting, AV and storage |
| Freight and handling | Warehouse or direct delivery, material handling, empty-container storage and outbound freight |
| Venue and show services | Electrical, internet, plumbing, rigging, cleaning, security, catering and lead retrieval |
| Labor and operations | Installation, dismantling, supervision, overtime, staff travel, samples and follow-up |
Official examples show why rates cannot be compared without their inclusions. GNYDM's 2026 standard 10×10 is $5,370. The 2027 New York Restaurant Show lists $45.50 per square foot, or $4,550 for 100 square feet before a corner charge. ICSC changes by tier, membership and booking date; NYSCC distinguishes raw and furnished space. None of these figures is a complete installed-exhibit price.
Give your booth partner the official exhibitor manual, not only a floor plan. An estimate needs the event, venue, booth dimensions and type, product or equipment, demonstrations, meeting capacity, AV, storage, reuse and budget range.
How to Choose the Right New York Trade Show

| Decision question | What to verify before exhibiting |
|---|---|
| Are the attendees your buyers? | Job functions, purchasing authority, retailer/specifier/operator mix and geographic coverage |
| Is the scale commercially useful? | Qualified buyers and meetings, not only registrations |
| Can you demonstrate the product effectively? | Utilities, sampling, storage, machinery, security and approvals |
| Does the full cost match the opportunity? | Space, build, show services, logistics, labor, staffing and follow-up |
| Can your team execute in New York? | Deadlines, venue or union rules, freight plan, install supervision and onsite support |
