Provide the chemistry or fuel type, quantity, state during display, charging or power plan, heat and ventilation information, transport condition and responsible specialist. The current organizer, venue, fire and official-service requirements control what is permitted. King uses approved inputs for physical layout and quoted interfaces; it does not certify the product or its operating safety.

Your team approves which materials are public, whether visitors may photograph or handle them, and which conversations need controlled access. If you plan to use King or another independent exhibit contractor, first confirm that the current process accepts the proposed company, then follow the 2027 Exhibitor Service Center, EAC, insurance, badge and work rules.
