Compare Four WVC Product-Display Plans
• Lead product launches with approved graphics and packaging.
• Demonstrate working equipment with confirmed utilities and operator access.
• Show software through one focused workflow and readable outcome.
• Plan animal interactions only when current approvals permit them.
Turn a WVC Booth Assignment into a Workable Exhibit Scope
WVC Vegas exhibitors do not all begin with the same physical starting point. The current commercial package includes a FlexFrame backwall and returns for inline booths, while island exhibits begin from a different height, access and service condition. Before drawing a custom rental concept, confirm the selected space, package inclusions, orientation and the current options for any official component.King Exhibits then plans the external work around the veterinary product and sales task. The 3D direction can locate a device demonstration, software workflow, sample handoff, approved animal area, storage and buyer conversation before rental components, custom fixtures, graphics, lighting or AV are released. Our proposal names the King Exhibits work; Viticus Group controls exhibit eligibility and space, and current WVC, Fern and Mandalay Bay materials control official services and approvals.
Choose the WVC Exhibit Path That Matches Your Starting Point
Use the aisle-facing width for one primary product message, a focused interaction and compact storage or follow-up. Begin with the current included FlexFrame record and confirm which graphics or additions are allowed before King Exhibits prices external components.
Plan access from several directions around the highest-value products, demonstrations and meetings. Confirm the assigned island, current height and setback requirements, rigging path, utilities and audience positions before releasing overhead or tall elements.
If your agency or internal team already has approved drawings, send the plans, dimensions, materials, graphics, equipment interfaces and required onsite work. King Exhibits can review a defined local fabrication, rental, graphic, transport or installation scope without claiming authorship of work outside our proposal.
Four Checks That Protect the Approved WVC Scope

Current rules set a 10-foot limit for inline exhibits, a 24-foot limit for island displays and a setback for items four feet or higher. Inline hanging signs are not allowed. Use the final assignment and newest rules before approving vertical identity.

When a live animal is part of a relevant product demonstration, company mascot or celebrity appearance, the current rules require the exhibitor to complete the Animal Use Task and applicable insurance conditions. Personal pets, dead animals, cadaver parts, biohazards and live bacterial cultures are not permitted.

Every booth requires floor covering, all exhibit activity must stay within the contracted perimeter and emergency access must remain clear. Place queues, literature, samples and staff positions inside the footprint.

Confirm EAC submission, insurance, badges, move-in time and every Fern or Mandalay Bay service order. A King Exhibits design can reserve interfaces, but it cannot authorize another party’s work.
Start with the Included FlexFrame, Not an Empty 10x10
The current WVC commercial package lists a FlexFrame backwall and returns for inline booths. Record the exact supplied structure, graphic area, finish and permitted changes before approving an external rental layout. King Exhibits can then place the product message, demo counter, storage and lighting around the confirmed starting point. Any removal, covering or modification still depends on the current exhibitor documents and approval; it should never be assumed in a design or price.

Keep the Complete Demonstration Inside the Booth
Draw the presenter, equipment, first viewing line, likely audience and next conversation before selecting the counter. Current WVC rules keep exhibit activity and promotional material inside the assigned space, and recommend amplified sound below 80 decibels. King Exhibits can position screens, speakers, cable access and a follow-up point around the expected audience. The exhibitor remains responsible for the demonstration, approved content, operator and onsite conduct.
Put Venue-Exclusive Services Beside the Exhibit Quote
Mandalay Bay controls or assigns exclusive providers for services that may include electrical, cleaning, internet, audiovisual work and rigging. Fern is the current WVC general services contractor. List each required service, form, owner, deadline and charge outside the King Exhibits line items unless our accepted proposal expressly assigns coordination or payment. This makes the booth quote comparable without suggesting that an independent exhibit provider can replace organizer or venue authority.

Review the WVC Exhibit with a Las Vegas Production Team

King Exhibits has a Las Vegas team and production base connecting trade show booth rental with exhibit design, 3D visualization, rental preparation, custom fabrication and graphics. Confirmed equipment dimensions and product tasks can guide quoted CNC or wood components, fitted openings, counters, supports and storage. One physical plan lets marketing, sales, product and operations resolve conflicts before the accepted work enters production.Pre-build and quality checks are performed according to the project scope, not as a universal guarantee that every exhibit is fully assembled. The proposal must expressly add transportation, installation, dismantling, LED/AV, project management or storage before those services belong to King Exhibits. Current WVC, Fern and Mandalay Bay requirements still govern access, official orders, exclusive work and approval.

No. King Exhibits submits its own exhibit-design, rental and fabrication proposal to the customer. Viticus Group decides WVC participation and space allocation; Fern, Mandalay Bay and their current providers retain their official or exclusive roles. Nothing in our quotation represents an appointment or affiliation.
The current 2027 exhibitor information lists a FlexFrame backwall and returns for commercial inline booths. Confirm the exact package and permitted graphics or modifications for your assignment before approving an external design. Island and specialized booth conditions differ.
Only when the proposed animal is relevant and the exhibitor completes the current WVC Animal Use Task and applicable insurance requirements. The exhibitor controls reporting, documents, handlers, welfare, cleaning and onsite conduct. King Exhibits can design only around an approved plan.
It depends on the device, demonstration method and current approvals. Send the model, installed dimensions, weight, controls, service side, moving parts, power, data, heat, ventilation, water, waste, cleaning and handling plan. We can design quoted interfaces around confirmed information but do not approve device operation.
The current rules list a 10-foot limit for inline booths, a 24-foot limit for island displays, setback requirements for taller elements and no hanging signs above inline booths. The assigned configuration and newest rules must be checked before production.
Do not assume they are. Mandalay Bay has exclusive-service boundaries, and current WVC/Fern materials govern orders and deadlines. The accepted King Exhibits proposal will state any coordination or payment assigned to us; every remaining service stays with the named provider or exhibitor.
The assigned space, included package, rental components, custom work, graphics, lighting, furniture, product supports, AV, storage, packing, transportation and onsite scope all affect the quote. Official booth fees, venue services, material handling and other provider charges remain outside it unless the accepted proposal says otherwise.
Send the booth assignment, package inclusions, products, approved content, equipment, demonstration and animal plans, utilities, meetings, storage, freight, budget, brand files, schedule and the work you want King Exhibits to price.
Continue Planning with the Assigned Booth Size
-
Plan one decisive veterinary product interaction around the current inline package, aisle-facing message and protected storage.
-
Separate an active device or software demonstration from a compact follow-up conversation without losing the main product message.
-
Use open access for several veterinary product touchpoints, while keeping equipment interfaces, staff routes, storage and meetings coordinated.
