Our Womenswear in Nevada booth rental service is for apparel brands and sales representatives who need a more tailored presentation within their booked space. WWIN offers its own turnkey booth package. We start with your confirmed inclusions and existing fixtures, then propose the additional structure, graphics and display surfaces that serve your collection.WWIN currently limits booth height to 8 feet. Within that height, a full rail of long dresses can obscure the very brand panel meant to introduce them. We position graphics using your hanging lengths and assess the loaded racks, including their feet and garment overhangs, inside the booked footprint. Send the longest pieces and the sample count you plan to display. That gives us a practical starting point for showing the label above the clothes while keeping a place to review them at the table.

Your booth layout can be reviewed against the fixtures and sample dimensions you supply before the additional display is made. Our project work also includes pre-build checks appropriate to the agreed scope, transport coordination and installation. This keeps decisions about a display wall, rack position or table clearance connected to the people preparing the physical booth. You have one project team to discuss a change with as the design moves into production.

Send the booked footprint, package inclusions, fixture dimensions, sample count and hanging lengths. Add your brand artwork, meeting requirements and budget. We use these to identify the display work to quote.
Review our proposed layout, 3D direction and itemized quotation. Confirm which existing fixtures stay, what King supplies and who handles each delivery. Once the design and any required show approvals are settled, the agreed work moves into production.
We coordinate fabrication, graphics, checks, transport and installation for the contracted display. Your sales team places the garments after the agreed display handover; the delivery plan also identifies the agreed dismantling work and what happens to retained exhibit components afterward.
No. Exhibit space and the organizer’s booth package are arranged with WWIN. Our quotation covers the display and services you commission from King. Send the package confirmation so the proposal reflects what is already supplied.
Yes, we can assess a layout using your racks. Send their loaded dimensions, photos and assembly details, and identify who will bring and install them. WWIN requires displays to remain inside the assigned space, so an unused strip behind the booth is not additional storage or display area.
The main variables are the additional structures, graphic area, display fittings and installation work your layout needs. Transport and handling requirements also affect the quotation. Supply the official package details and any fixtures you are bringing so we can price the additions and identify charges that need separate confirmation.
Your team supplies the clothing and directs the final merchandising. Tell us whether samples travel with staff or arrive separately. We coordinate the booth build around the agreed handover; garment transport, unpacking or dressing mannequins requires a specific arrangement if you need that support.
Include your booked dates and venue. WWIN currently lists February 15–17, 2027 at The Expo at World Market Center in Las Vegas. Attach the documents for that booking, since an earlier edition’s service forms may have different instructions.
