Build a Winter FancyFaire Booth for Product Discovery
Winter FancyFaire 2027 is scheduled for January 17–19 at Moscone Center in San Francisco. The official event positions the show around specialty-product discovery across many food and beverage categories. A useful booth therefore has to do more than display a logo: it should help the right buyer identify the product, experience it as planned and understand the next business conversation.King Exhibits starts with the assigned space and the product-selling routine. We place the package hierarchy, sample point, equipment envelope, staff access, reserve stock, graphics and buyer discussion in a 3D layout before the quoted structure is released. Rental walls, towers, counters, shelving, lightboxes, selected custom pieces, graphics and storage can then be combined according to the accepted proposal. The official exhibitor process remains separate. The Specialty Food Association controls exhibit-space booking and approvals; current show and venue requirements govern sampling, cooking, utilities, permits and assigned services. Your King proposal identifies the design, rental, fabrication, graphics, transport, installation, dismantling, LED/AV or storage work included for this project and leaves every other responsibility with the named party.
Answer Four Buyer Questions in Order
Use the package, category and one approved point of difference to make the offer recognizable before a visitor joins the sample line.
Show the retail, foodservice, distribution or import context supported by the exhibitor’s real product and business information.
Decide whether the buyer must taste, compare formats, see preparation, review ingredients or discuss an application, then build only the station needed for that task.
Place the sell sheet, product record, meeting point or lead-capture handoff where staff can close a specific follow-up without interrupting service.
Match the Show App to the Aisle Message
Choose the product name, category, package image and buyer-ready information that visitors should see before the show, then carry the same hierarchy into the booth. The current official app guidance asks exhibitors to complete their description, categories, business-readiness information, brands and product content. Matching those choices to the aisle graphic and staff prompt helps a buyer recognize the product they saved online and begin the intended conversation without searching through an unrelated wall of messages.

Design the Sample Station from Refill to Reset
Start behind the counter: count reserve product, clean serviceware, opening or preparation tools, equipment access, waste and the steps required to reset the station. Then locate the visitor handoff and exit. This order reveals the working depth, doors, power or plumbing interfaces and staff clearance before finishes are approved. King can shape the quoted counter, enclosure and storage around that documented routine; the exhibitor remains responsible for the product, handling method, qualified staff and current approvals.
Give the Right Buyer a Place to Go Next
Define the first qualifying question before choosing the meeting furniture. A retailer may need assortment and pack information; a foodservice buyer may need preparation and application details; a distributor or importer may need territory, logistics and compliance ownership. Place the relevant materials and representative outside the sample path, then end with one recorded next step. The booth should protect that short business exchange while the tasting station continues to serve other visitors.

Review the Selling Routine and the Build in One 3D Plan

King Exhibits can review the hero product, package visibility, sample handoff, equipment clearances, staff route, storage and buyer conversation within the same Winter FancyFaire booth layout. Marketing, sales and operations can comment on one drawing before counters, graphics or selected custom pieces enter production. Our confirmed capabilities include booth design, 3D visualization, rental structures, custom fabrication, graphics, transportation, installation and dismantling, LED/AV and storage. CNC and wood fabrication can support product-specific shelves, openings and branded surrounds when they are included in the accepted design.Pre-build and quality-control checks are planned by project scope, not promised as an identical process for every booth. The accepted proposal names the King work, while current organizer, venue, official-provider and exhibitor responsibilities remain separately visible.
Separate Four Workstreams Before the Quote Is Final

Book the Winter FancyFaire space through the official process, then send the 2027 Moscone Center assignment, booth type, open sides and current rules. King does not reserve or approve the exhibit space.

List featured items, pack sizes, portions, temperatures, preparation, appliances, clean stock, storage, replenishment and waste. Complete the current forms and official-service orders assigned to the exhibitor.

Confirm the launch message, approved claims, product images, categories, business-readiness information, meeting goals and final graphic files so online and onsite discovery stay aligned.

Mark which design, rental, fabrication, graphics, transport, installation, dismantling, AV or storage services King should price and which tasks remain with the organizer, venue, official providers or exhibitor team.
