Select Exhibit Elements by the Job They Must Perform
• Use branded walls to make one travel promise visible from the aisle.
• Position comparison counters or screens around approved itinerary choices.
• Separate quick questions from longer travel consultations.
• Keep lead capture, literature, and refill stock near responsible staff.
Turn Destination Interest into a Specific Trip Discussion
Travel exhibitors often arrive with strong photography but too many messages: destinations, routes, seasons, properties, packages and offers all compete for the same glance. For a travel supplier, a trade show booth rental earns its place only when it makes those choices easier to explain. King Exhibits starts with the decision your visitor should make and the question your staff will ask. We then organize the headline, map or itinerary, consultation point, screen, counter, lead capture and reset stock around that exchange.
Fit the Exhibit to What Your Travel Organization Sells
Lead with one reason to visit, then make regions, seasons, partner products and trip-planning help easy to navigate without dividing the booth into unrelated mini-campaigns.
Give routes, departure patterns, inclusions and advisor handoffs a readable comparison point, with space for the questions that separate a qualified traveler from a brochure collector.
Connect the experience image to stay or visit details, property differences, access, packages and a booking or follow-up action your staff can explain accurately.
Show the network, tool or service workflow on a screen or graphic, then place staff, devices, power, data and deeper conversations where they will not stop aisle movement.
Give the Travel-Selling Team a Booth It Can Use

Branded walls, headers and campaign graphics can give the primary destination, route or offer a clear viewing order. Visitors see what the exhibit is about before staff begin the conversation.

Maps, itinerary panels, screens or printed comparison surfaces can sit with the person explaining routes, dates, inclusions or property options. Staff and visitors work from the same approved information.

An open welcome position and a defined consultation area can support short public questions while advisors or qualified travelers continue a longer discussion. The arrangement follows the confirmed footprint and open sides.

Storage near the counter can keep brochures, giveaways, devices and chargers available for resets without putting cartons or loose supplies in the visitor path.
Design a Two-Minute Trip-Planning Conversation
Choose the first question your team will ask: destination, travel window, group type, budget range or desired experience. Place the answer tools in that same station—a map, short route comparison, property set or screen—then end with one useful action such as an advisor meeting, itinerary request or consented follow-up. This sequence keeps staff from presenting every trip to every visitor and gives the 3D plan a real reason for each counter, graphic and device.

Carry the Approved Promotion from Invitation to Booth Handoff
If your team uses a show special, giveaway, activity or VIP invitation, give it one owner from pre-show promotion through on-floor fulfillment. Supply the approved wording, eligibility, inventory, redemption step, lead-capture method and fallback before graphics are released. The booth can then position the promise, the qualifying conversation and the handoff together. King Exhibits does not provide organizer approval or attendee data; the accepted project scope covers only the physical and graphic work it names.
Route Freight Through the Current Show Plan, Not the Street Address
The current Washington exhibitor page directs show traffic to Dock C, while Events DC states that event freight is not accepted as ordinary venue delivery and must follow the general service contractor process. Before the booth scope is approved, match every crate, graphic case, screen and hand-carried item to the current kit, label, arrival method and owner. The King proposal can name agreed transport and installation work, but official handling, dock control and venue services remain separately governed.

Connect Every Wall, Counter and Screen to a Visitor Conversation

King Exhibits can show the travel question, content surface, staff position, visitor space, screen, counter, storage and open sides in one reviewable direction before work is released.

It depends on your visitor task. The current general package includes basic drape, furniture, a sign, carpet and a wastebasket, but it may not provide the branded route comparison, consultation position, screen, lead-capture point or concealed stock your campaign needs. Send the contracted package so the quote adds only justified elements.
Yes, if the layout accounts for different conversation depth. The current Washington schedule gives Travel Advisors access before the public on the first morning. A focused consultation position can sit behind an open trip-planning counter, with separate staff roles and storage so longer discussions do not stop fast public questions.
Yes, subject to the current organizer rules and approval process. Provide the approved wording, eligibility, inventory, redemption method, staff owner and lead-capture plan. We can design the physical handoff and graphics included in the King scope, but we do not approve the promotion or guarantee participation, traffic, leads or bookings.
Do not ship on that assumption. The current venue guidance says event freight must follow the designated general service contractor process, and the show page identifies Dock C. Use the active exhibitor kit, labels, target dates and GSC instructions for every shipment. The accepted King proposal should state any transport or onsite work it includes.
The current general Travel & Adventure Show FAQ says amplified sound is not permitted in or around booths. Plan captioned video, headphones or staff-guided screen use, then confirm power, internet, mounting, cable routing, accessibility and any show-specific restrictions through the active service process.
The footprint, open sides, rental structure, custom work, graphic area, counters, storage, flooring, lighting, screens, content readiness, freight and agreed onsite work shape the King quote. Material handling, electrical, internet, cleaning, venue AV, labor and other official services may be separate. Compare proposals against the same inputs and exclusions.
Send the show edition, booth number and size, open sides, contracted package, current manual, primary audience, travel offer, destinations or products, advisor/public tasks, content files, screens, lead capture, brochures and giveaways, storage, freight plan, official-service status, budget and internal decision dates. We will use them to prepare a 3D direction and itemized proposal.
