TV Display Stands for Trade Show Presentations

Your demo may be a software walkthrough, a product video or a presentation your sales team controls. We help you put the monitor where it supports that conversation, with space for the presenter and the equipment needed to run it. A double-sided station is one option when you want a screen facing each of two directions. King Exhibits brings this display configuration into your complete U.S. booth rental, with graphics production, AV setup and installation coordinated together. We supply the fixed screen and match its support to the planned presentation. Tell us what you will show and how visitors will view it. We’ll recommend the screen arrangement and include it in the booth proposal.

Booth and AV Support

AV Setup and Testing for Your Booth

AV technician testing dual screens on a monitor stand during booth pre-build
AV technician connects cables and a media player to a monitor stand inside an exhibition booth

Our team sets up and checks the supplied AV equipment during the booth pre-build, giving us time to resolve equipment issues before shipment. For an approved laptop or other portable device you plan to bring, we’ll coordinate its connection and the time for a playback check. We also coordinate the agreed installation and dismantling, so the monitor station follows the booth schedule. Your team can concentrate on the demonstration while we handle the display setup.

Choose the Right Trade Show Monitor Stand

Choose the Right Trade Show Monitor Stand

Tell us what visitors need to watch, then send your booth plan and show dates. King Exhibits recommends the screen height and viewing position, then quotes the rental stand, graphics and AV setup together for your booth.

Selecting Your Setup

Match the Stand to the Demo and the Screen

Your demonstration What we plan with you
Software walkthrough at the counter One 43″–55″ screen mounted at eye level, with a keyboard shelf and a clear presenter position beside it
Product or brand video on a loop Fixed screen with a media player, landscape orientation, with the loop tested during the pre-build
Live demo run by your sales team An approved laptop connection, cables routed inside the tower, and a playback check before shipment
Demos facing two directions A double-sided station with one mount per side, so each aisle sees a screen
Vertical or portrait content A portrait mount, confirmed only where the screen and the support suit portrait use

Screen size and orientation Landscape or portrait selected around the content and the viewing distance

Questions About Your Monitor Setup

Can we bring our own screen or laptop?

Portable devices such as laptops can be brought for use in the booth, subject to approval of the specific equipment. Fixed screens are supplied through our booth package. If you have a particular fixed screen you want considered, send its details for review before making plans; submitting a model does not mean it is approved for installation.

Can we rent the monitor stand on its own?

No. We supply this monitor stand configuration as part of a complete booth rental. The screen support is planned alongside the graphics, AV equipment and installation. If you are planning a rental exhibit and need a display for your presentation, tell us about the demo so we can include the appropriate configuration in the booth proposal.

Can the monitor be mounted vertically?

Only when the supplied screen and support are suitable for portrait use. Tell us that your content needs a vertical display, and we’ll select and check the arrangement for the booth. The mounting position and viewing distance also need to suit the presentation, so we settle these details with you before finalizing the display configuration.

How is the monitor setup priced?

We include the selected monitor setup in your booth proposal. The structure, graphics and display equipment affect the package price, along with the agreed delivery and installation services. Show charges such as electrical service and material handling are identified separately where applicable. We’ll explain the included equipment and services so you can review the complete rental budget.

When should we confirm the screen requirements?

Share them during the booth design stage, before the layout and equipment are finalized. We’ll review the presentation needs alongside the graphics, AV availability and delivery schedule. For an approaching show, include the move-in date with your brief. We’ll confirm a workable arrangement and schedule for the project without treating design time as the full production and delivery period.

Tell Us What Your Demo Needs

Tell us your show city, dates and booth size, plus what you plan to present on screen. Include a layout sketch if you have one and details of any portable devices you want to use. We’ll recommend the monitor position and equipment for your complete booth rental and include them in the proposal.
