The show uses 2.6 million square feet at the International Agri-Center and brings large equipment, working technology and serious agricultural prospects into the same event. A tractor, attachment, pump, irrigation assembly or processing system cannot be treated as an accessory added after the booth has been selected.The planning brief starts with the product envelope: operating dimensions, transport position, weight, access panels, safe demonstration clearance and the side from which a visitor needs to inspect it. Those measurements establish the usable footprint. Rental walls, counters, shade elements and graphics frame the product while leaving inspection clear.
Make a Large Outdoor Footprint Read Quickly
Open grounds create long sightlines and many competing displays. More square footage does not automatically create a clearer exhibit. The exhibit may face sun, wind, dust and repeated contact from visitors. Those conditions affect material selection, graphic fastening, cable protection and cleaning. They also affect the quote. Large equipment should be positioned before walls or counters close its route. Power and data should be located before cable covers and floor finishes are completed. Yes. The proposal can define exhibit installation, dismantle and freight coordination. Machinery placement, organizer services and any event-appointed labor remain separately assigned so the operating plan is clear. The accepted proposal should name the responsible party for each field task, including any work controlled by the organizer or an appointed provider.
