A Rental Booth for Your Toy Fair Sales Team
Our Toy Fair New York booth rental service brings together custom design, booth production, transportation, installation, and dismantling. We work with your toy brand’s team to translate a product lineup into a booth buyers can use: somewhere to examine the packaging, try a toy, and sit down for a more detailed discussion.
A crowded shelf and a busy demo need different amounts of space. We review your priority products and how you present them before proposing the layout. If part of the range is reserved for appointments, that affects the design too. You provide the product knowledge; we develop the booth arrangement and explain the choices that affect the rental quote.
Toy Fair requires visible product display in at least 20% of your aisle-facing exhibit square footage. Walls are allowed, and show management must approve the booth design.
We can develop a layout with selected products visible from the aisle and a separate area for buyer discussions. The position of that meeting area depends on your footprint and the show rules. Let us know which products can be shown openly and which need a more controlled introduction; we will work that distinction into the design.
A toy may need more room in use than it does in its packaging. For your main demo, we review the assembled size, the presenter’s position, and what the buyer will handle. We also consider where loose pieces and packaging go between demonstrations.
Product photos help start the conversation. Before finalizing the display, we will ask for the dimensions and weight that affect its fit, plus any power needs. We use that information to develop the display details; your team remains responsible for operating the toy demonstration.
Keep Booth Updates With One Project Manager

Your dedicated project manager follows the agreed booth work across design, production, transportation, installation, and dismantling. When a product launch changes the display brief, you have one contact to discuss the effect on the booth, price, and schedule before approving the change.
That gives your team a clear place to bring booth questions while you prepare product presentations and retail appointments. We explain what the booth team is handling and what still needs your product team’s input.
Questions Before You Rent a Toy Fair Booth
Our quote covers the rental booth and services agreed for your project. Exhibit space is arranged separately with the show organizer. Share your assigned space or the footprint you are considering so we can discuss a suitable design. We will identify the included booth work and any show services that need separate arrangements, so you can compare the costs on the same basis.
The review available depends on your project. During quotation, we can discuss which booth elements can be previewed and whether prebuild photos or video can be arranged. Do not assume every rental includes a complete prebuild. For a toy display, useful checks include how packaging fits the proposed shelves, how much usable demo space remains, and whether the graphics identify the right product line.
Tell your project manager before the booth arrangements are finalized. We will distinguish the booth shipment from your product shipment and discuss how sample arrival affects setup. Your team should confirm its sample delivery arrangements against the current exhibitor instructions. If you want sample freight or storage included in our work, ask us to confirm that service and its cost in the quote.
Contact us once you have a likely footprint and a clear idea of the products you will show. We will review the design work, production needs, and current show requirements before confirming a workable schedule. If your space or sample dimensions are still changing, say which details are firm. That helps us explain what can be developed now and what must be settled before production.
Show Us the Toys Leading Your Next Range
Share photos of your priority products, what buyers will try, and your Toy Fair booth size or floor-plan location. Include a budget range if you have one. We will review the display needs with you and develop a rental proposal around the products and meetings that matter most.
