Indoor Exhibits for Utility Product Suppliers
Our custom exhibit rentals for The Utility Expo help tool, testing equipment, and component suppliers present products in a space designed for close inspection. We develop the exhibit around what you are bringing: samples visitors can handle, equipment your team will demonstrate, and the discussions you want to host. Graphics, counters, storage, and presentation areas are selected together, with design, fabrication, booth transportation, installation, and dismantling covered in the agreed rental scope.
The next show takes place October 5–7, 2027, at the Kentucky Exposition Center in Louisville. Your exhibit space is booked with the organizer; we provide the rental exhibit that goes into it. This page focuses on indoor booths.
Leave Room to Try the Tool
A tool demonstration takes more space than the tool itself. We allow for the operator, the action being shown, and visitors watching inside your booth. The show requires equipment and displays to stay within the assigned space; machinery must also sit at least six inches back from aisles. A short description of your demonstration helps us position the counter and nearby displays before you approve the design, rather than discovering the squeeze during setup.
One Project Manager for the Rental Build
Your product team needs to prepare the demonstration, not chase separate updates on graphics, fabrication, and installation. Your King Exhibits project manager brings those booth decisions together. We use a 3D design to review the arrangement with you and a proposal to set out the rental scope before production.
That gives your team a named contact when a sample changes or a display needs adjusting. We handle the agreed booth transportation, setup, and dismantling, while your specialists stay responsible for the products and their operation.
What to Confirm Before You Plan a Utility Expo Booth
An outdoor exhibit needs a separate review. This service is for indoor booths; outdoor conditions need their own layout and construction decisions. Send your assigned lot, equipment details, and planned demonstration so we can assess whether we can support the booth portion. Ground conditions, weather exposure, and equipment activity change the requirements; we will confirm the services we can offer before quoting.
That depends on your booth classification. The 2027 rules prohibit hanging signs in standard exhibits, defined as booths less than 20 feet deep. Other configurations have different requirements. We will review your assigned space before recommending overhead branding. For a standard booth, we can instead develop the identification graphics as part of the booth structure, within the applicable display rules.
The footprint, custom display requirements, graphics, equipment integration, and agreed delivery services all affect the quote. A counter for small samples is a different request from a display supporting heavier test equipment. We will identify what our rental quote covers and discuss any separately ordered show services. Please include your budget range so we can recommend a design you can evaluate against it.
Yes. We can begin with your intended booth size and the products you plan to show. At this stage, the layout is a starting point for discussion. Once the organizer confirms your position and open sides, we can adjust it to the assigned space and applicable rules before you approve the final design. Mention any product that needs extra operating or viewing room.
