Rental Exhibits for Manufactured-Concrete Suppliers
For The Precast Show 2027 at the Salt Palace Convention Center in Salt Lake City, February 3–5, we offer trade show booth rental for companies supplying the manufactured-concrete industry. The exhibit can combine rental structure, branded graphics, sample displays and AV with the design and installation support you select.Your booth needs to explain what happens inside a precast plant: how a connection fits, how a mold opens or where a machine belongs in production. We develop the exhibit around those conversations. Choose the display format first; then use your assigned space and actual product dimensions to determine what fits.
Choose a Rental Layout by What You Will Show
A branded backdrop and display positions for the parts visitors need to examine closely. This suits suppliers presenting connection hardware, mold details or material samples. Product names and application graphics belong beside the corresponding item. Keep product families clearly separated, with room for your representative to explain how the displayed parts fit together.
An open display area with branding and meeting furniture placed around the featured machine. Choose this direction when the physical equipment explains a capability that photographs cannot. The plan accounts for its complete display footprint, access panels and intended viewing sides. A nearby discussion table gives the sales engineer a place to review drawings after the equipment introduction.
A screen presentation paired with a compact physical reference, such as a component or scale model. Use it to show production sequences, automated handling or equipment too large to exhibit in full. Seating and screen placement should let a small group follow the explanation without crowding the control position. AV selection follows the content and viewing arrangement.
Match Heavy Samples to the Right Support
A concrete sample may fit on a counter yet need a different support arrangement. Send its weight, base dimensions and proposed fixing method before we select display furniture. We use those details to identify where a separate support or specialist review is needed. The same review covers how the item reaches its display position. Keep the sample off rental furniture until the support has been confirmed for that particular load.

Keep Product Details Connected to the Booth Build

Our trade show booth design service connects rental, fabrication, graphics, AV and show logistics. That matters when a display includes several very different objects: a machine, a small connection sample and a production video need to tell the same product story. Our design and production work includes checking the booth’s key assembly, graphics and finishing details before delivery. You can discuss the booth layout and its execution with the same project team, instead of translating an approved rendering into separate instructions for every service. Your exhibit rental proposal identifies the combination of services that this display requires.
Sequence the Booth Build Around Heavy Exhibits
From Your Exhibit List to a Rental Booth
You send the assigned booth location, dimensions, product list and budget range. Include sample weights, machine dimensions and whether each item will be static or operating. We assess suitable rental and custom elements for the display. You receive a proposed configuration and the questions that need resolving before design development.
With your current exhibitor kit and brand files, we develop the booth design and quote the selected elements. You review the product positions, graphics, AV and service allowances. The output is a design and priced proposal that identifies inclusions, external orders and any unresolved technical requirements before commitment.
You confirm the design, artwork, exhibit data and agreed service orders. We prepare the booth components and check assembly and graphic details within our work. The output is the approved booth package and installation information; equipment handling and operation remain with the parties named for those tasks.
You confirm arrival arrangements and provide the exhibitor contact for handover. We coordinate delivery and installation of the agreed booth elements, then walk through the completed exhibit with your team. The handover identifies any remaining actions. After the show, we arrange the contracted dismantling and confirm which elements return, go into storage or leave with you.
No. King Exhibits quotes the exhibit and agreed services; the event organizer handles the space reservation. Confirm your assigned location and footprint before approving the layout. A rate quoted by the show per square foot is not the price of a designed and installed King exhibit.
Only after the relevant show and venue approvals and operating requirements have been resolved. Send the proposed demonstration, equipment data and any power, air, water or waste requirements. A layout showing the machine does not authorize its operation. If a live demonstration is unsuitable, discuss a static exhibit with recorded footage instead.
No. Request the 2027 resource kit for the Salt Lake City event. NPCA says it is sent to exhibitors’ logistics contacts. Use that edition when confirming delivery instructions, service orders and deadlines; a document from the Kansas City show can lead to the wrong freight destination or budget assumptions.
Only when the written proposal expressly includes an allowance for those orders. Ask for their treatment to be shown separately from the booth components. The current exhibitor kit determines the applicable providers and ordering requirements. Your shipment details and demonstration loads are needed before these costs can be assessed.
Yes, provided the proposal assigns those graphics to you and specifies their return arrangements. Tell us which branded elements you want to retain and where you expect to use them next. Graphics sized for one rental structure may need changes before they fit a different exhibit.
Send the revised dimensions, weight and demonstration requirements before shipping or approving further production. We review the effect on the exhibit layout and our quoted work. Larger access clearances, a different support arrangement or additional services may require a revised design, price and delivery plan. Confirm those changes before proceeding.
Put Your Precast Products Into a Quoted Booth Plan
Tell King Exhibits what visitors need to see in person and what can be shown on screen. Add your 2027 booth drawing, product dimensions and weights, demonstration requirements and budget range. We will assess a rental configuration for the display and develop a proposal around the agreed requirements.Request a Precast Booth Proposal
