The Inspired Home Show takes place March 9–11, 2027, at McCormick Place in Chicago. Our service brings booth design, production, transport, installation and dismantling into one project. Start with your product photos and the space you expect to use. We will develop a layout and quotation for review, with the display details refined around your actual samples and confirmed booth assignment.
A cookware line with several sizes needs a different display from a coordinated table setting. We plan the shelves and surfaces around the groupings you want buyers to compare. Product dimensions and the number of samples help us determine the spacing; heavier pieces need their support checked before a display is specified. Packaging can be included where it helps explain the range you are offering retailers.
A hands-on demonstration needs room for the product, the person showing it and the buyer trying it. We position the counter so that this activity does not take over the rest of your display. Questions Before You Request a Rental Quote
Yes. We can begin with your expected booth dimensions, product range and budget. The show is changing its floor layout for 2027, so we will check the design against your confirmed assignment before finalizing it. If your location or size changes, we will review the effect on the layout and quote with you. Exhibit space is arranged separately through the show organizer.
The display specification and included services determine the cost. Shelving, counters, graphics, lighting, booth transport and installation can change the scope considerably. We will explain what our proposal covers and identify services that require separate arrangements. Organizer or venue charges, product freight and later design changes should not be assumed to be included simply because a proposal is described as turnkey.
Yes, where the equipment and proposed activity can meet the applicable show and venue requirements. We can develop the booth around the demonstration, but a counter alone does not establish that power, water, ventilation or food sampling is approved. Include the appliance details and planned activity in your inquiry. We will review the display arrangement and clarify the required services before you commit to that setup.
Yes. The Inspired Home Show is the current name of the event formerly known as the International Home + Housewares Show. If your team has an exhibit brief under the old name, we can use its product information as a starting point. For a new rental proposal, we will still need the current show year and booth details rather than assuming the earlier layout applies.
