Help Buyers Connect Each Sample to an Application
For a coated textile or nonwoven supplier, several samples can look similar until a buyer understands where each belongs. We plan your custom exhibit rental around the materials you want to introduce and the applications you want to discuss. A filtration sample and a transportation material may need different supporting graphics, even when both fit in the same sample book.
Your team supplies the product information; we work out how to present it within your booth. That includes room to handle samples, keep extra pieces nearby, and open a specification sheet with a visitor. The layout gives your technical sales team a practical setting for conversations that go beyond appearance.
Keep Your Sample Layout Intact from Design to Installation

The sample counter, spare-material storage and meeting table need to work together in the finished booth. Your dedicated project manager keeps those requirements connected as your design moves into production and installation. You have one contact for the booth project when your internal team needs an update or a layout adjustment.
King Exhibits handles booth design, fabrication, transportation, installation and dismantling within the agreed rental scope. We take care of the booth work while your team prepares material explanations, sample selections and customer meetings. The proposal sets out the services included, so you can review the design and its delivery cost together.
Questions Before You Choose a Rental Booth
No. You book exhibit space with the show organizer. Our rental proposal covers the booth and agreed services for that space. Once you have a booth location or a proposed footprint, we can discuss what fits. Keeping the space contract and booth proposal separate helps you see which costs belong in each part of your event budget.
Yes. We can begin with the sample formats you expect to bring and the materials you most want buyers to notice. Let us know whether you are considering loose swatches, sample books, larger pieces or finished components. We use that starting point to propose a layout, then refine display details as your selection becomes clearer.
That depends on the test. Handling a swatch has different space and service needs from running powered equipment or using liquids. Describe the demonstration you have in mind, and we will assess its effect on the booth design. Your team remains responsible for the test equipment and operation; any necessary venue services and permissions must be confirmed for the event.
The amount of display furniture, graphic coverage, storage and meeting space all affect the design and cost. Larger or heavier exhibits can also change what is needed. We prepare the booth proposal around your sample plans and budget, identifying the included rental services. Organizer charges, venue services and the handling of your own materials should be reviewed separately when comparing totals.
Yes. The organizer’s exhibitor FAQ allows an exhibitor-appointed builder and requires contractor notification and a certificate of insurance. We review the applicable requirements with you when planning our booth work. The current exhibitor manual should guide submissions and deadlines; choosing a rental design does not itself complete the organizer’s contractor approval process.
Which Materials Will You Put in Buyers' Hands?
Send us your booth size or assigned location, the sample formats you plan to bring, and your working budget. A few product photos are useful if the display needs are hard to describe. We will propose a rental layout that balances the display area with sample storage and meeting space, then quote the agreed booth services.
