Questions About Reuse, Materials, and Rental Costs
Not necessarily. Reusable structure and recycled material content are different choices. We select the components and graphic materials for your design, then discuss any recycled-content or certification requirements you need the proposal to address. Tell us about those requirements at the start so we can check suitable options before you approve the exhibit. Renting a structure does not establish the recycled content of its materials.
We can plan reuse of booth elements and fabric graphics previously supplied through our exhibit system, after checking the new layout. Replacement graphics are available for frames purchased or rented through that system. Tell us what you want to retain before design starts. Fixed monitors and LED walls must be supplied by our team; your own portable devices need project approval. We do not promise compatibility with other suppliers’ frames, graphics, or accessories.
The price depends on the design and material requirements. Reusing rental structure changes what needs to be made for your event, but custom finishes, new graphics, equipment, shipping, and show services still affect the total. We quote your booth design and agreed services, identifying any separately billed venue services.
