Inputs for a Seattle Convention Center Exhibi
Send the building assignment and visit objective together:
• Event, Arch or Summit, hall and booth
• Current manual, floor plan and dock packe
• Target buyers, visit reason and appointment schedule
• Products, demonstrations, meetings and covered areas
• Utilities, internet, rigging, freight and labor
• Budget, approvals and requested King scope
Remove Location Friction before the Buyer Starts the Visi
A strong exhibit cannot convert an account that goes to the wrong building or receives vague meeting instructions. King Exhibits treats Arch or Summit as a required project field. The buyer invitation names the building, entrance context, booth and host; the delivery record names the correct dock and event route. The booth itself then delivers a specific product proof, specialist or meeting worth finding. SCC publishes different exhibit areas and floor-load capacities for Arch and Summit, plus separate dock guidance. Its current policy also requires booth-plan review for covered areas of 100 square feet or more with a minimum three-month allowance. Those facts shape the project before design release.
Write a Buyer Invitation That Works without Guessing
Include Arch or Summit, street address, event, hall or level, booth number, meeting time and host contact. Add the product or question the buyer will see so the appointment has a clear purpose. Avoid relying on a map link alone. King Exhibits can design the booth arrival and check-in within the exhibit. The exhibitor and organizer own invitations, event credentials and any wayfinding outside the contracted booth.

Give the Visit Enough Value to Cross the Campus
A priority buyer should know what is available at the booth that cannot be obtained from a website or session. Offer a hands-on product action, a specialist, a controlled demonstration or an account-specific review. King Exhibits can develop the product support, screen, meeting position and storage around that reason. The exhibitor supplies the product, approved claims, specialist schedule and follow-up ownership that make the visit commercially useful.
Use a Separate Field Packet for Arch or Summi
SCC publishes different loading docks, freight routes, exhibit areas and floor loads for its two buildings. Do not combine them into a generic Seattle delivery sheet. The packet should name the building, dock instructions, product weight, packed pieces, elevators, services and on-site contacts. King Exhibits can prepare exhibit records and packing within scope. The organizer, official decorator, SCC and designated providers control marshalling, docks, material handling, access and field work.

Put Covered Booth Review ahead of the Final Design
SCC guidance states that a booth with a roof or covered area of 100 square feet or more must submit a plan and allow at least three months for approval. Identify the covered area, materials, dimensions and intended use while alternatives still exist. King Exhibits can provide the booth geometry within scope. The exhibitor, organizer, SCC and fire authorities control submission, review, required protections and final approval.
STEER — 30×30 Exhibit at NPE 2024
STEER’s completed 30×30 exhibit is a verified King Exhibits reference for integrating technical products, branded architecture and buyer conversations. It was delivered at NPE 2024 in Orlando, not at Seattle Convention Center. Buyers can use it to assess product integration and production finish. A Seattle project would receive its own Arch-or-Summit, arrival, covered-area, service, freight and labor plan under the accepted written scope.

The Buyer Destination and Field Packet Can Follow One Approved Plan

King Exhibits has supported U.S. exhibit projects since 2008. Las Vegas-based production support combines 3D design, rental preparation, custom graphics, CNC work and wood fabrication. Reception, product supports, screens, covered elements, storage and packed-piece records can therefore follow the same building-specific geometry. Important assemblies may be checked before packing when included in scope. Freight coordination, installation and dismantling, audiovisual support and storage apply only when accepted in writing. SCC, the organizer and designated providers retain authority for building access, exclusive services, utilities, internet, labor, rigging, freight and approvals.
Build the Seattle Booth from the Correct Building Outward
The exhibit becomes reachable and useful when buyer invitations, booth design and field records all name the same destination.
Record Arch or Summit, hall, level, booth, address and event route.
Set target accounts, product proof, specialist, meeting and next action.
Close docks, loads, elevators, services, freight, labor and contacts.
Submit covered areas, drawings, responsibilities, schedule and commercial scope.
No. They are separate Seattle Convention Center buildings about a block and a half apart, with different addresses, exhibit areas, docks, routes and technical conditions. Confirm the event assignment before design or shipping. King Exhibits can adapt booth geometry and records to the correct building. The organizer and SCC control hall assignment, access, services, freight routes, labor and event operations for Arch or Summit.
SCC’s current guidance says any booth with a roof or covered area of 100 square feet or more must submit a plan and allow a minimum of three months for approval. Your organizer may require an earlier exhibitor deadline. King Exhibits can prepare relevant booth geometry within scope. The organizer, SCC and fire authorities determine submission, required protections, comments and final approval.
SCC identifies Edlen as the exclusive provider of exhibitor electrical and air, water and drain services, and Smart City as the exclusive data and telecommunications provider. Verify the current event kit and order deadlines. King Exhibits can document equipment and service locations in accepted drawings. The designated providers price, install, inspect and support their services for the assigned Arch or Summit space.
Send the event, Arch or Summit assignment, hall, level, booth number, current manual, floor plan, target buyers, visit reason, products, demonstrations, meetings, covered areas, graphics, screens, existing assets, utilities, internet, rigging, freight, labor, budget, approval date and requested King scope. King Exhibits will develop the building-specific exhibit and identify venue or provider work requiring separate confirmation, ordering, submission or approval.
