Booth Components for Your ANC Product Presentation
• Sampling counters provide a dedicated serving surface within your rental booth.
• Branded backwalls carry product graphics above the countertop display.
• Enclosed storage accommodates dry supplies beside the presentation area.
• Equipment spaces allow for appliance footprints, door openings and operator access.
• Screen positions include mounting space and cable routes for product demonstrations.
Rental Exhibits for School Foodservice Suppliers
Our SNA Annual National Conference exhibits accommodate food and beverage ranges, foodservice equipment and school nutrition technology. For food brands, the priority is a booth your serving staff and school channel sales team can use together. Your rental project can combine booth structure, graphics, counters, display space and installation support according to the agreed design. For a food-led exhibit, the layout starts with what your team will serve: packaged portions, prepared samples or products demonstrated with equipment. Those choices determine how much of the floor remains available for school buyers. Exhibit space is booked with SNA; our proposal covers the booth and the services you select.
Compare Rental Booth Footprints for ANC
A focused option for one sampling presentation or compact product range. Prioritize the serving counter and a clear visitor position; substantial equipment or stock storage may require a larger footprint.
Additional width gives a food brand more flexibility to separate sampling from product discussion. Compare a continuous display with two counter positions, accounting for staff access and the space your replenishment supplies occupy.
An option for several product presentations and a dedicated conversation area. Where the assigned space permits an island arrangement, counters can face different approaches while the layout retains access to shared stock and equipment.
Carry Your Product Layout Through Booth Production

King Exhibits provides design, rental systems, custom fabrication, graphics and show logistics coordination. For your ANC project, that means the team developing the booth can account for the equipment positions your product team has approved. We review assembly and graphic details before venue delivery, then coordinate the installation included in your project. Agree the required work in the quotation so booth production, your foodservice team and site services can work from the same layout.
What Your SNA Booth Rental Covers

Our agreed scope identifies the rental components, graphic production, transport and installation work for the exhibit. The production layout records where counters, storage and equipment spaces belong.

Your team identifies who supplies the food, appliances and serving staff, including any cold storage or replenishment service. Tell us their access needs so the booth can accommodate their work. A booth rental does not itself establish a food handling or refrigeration service.

Confirm sampling approval, cooking arrangements, utilities and material handling against the requirements for your ANC edition. Identify who orders and pays for each service before approving the final booth. We coordinate the exhibit work specified in our quotation; approvals and separately ordered services retain their own responsibilities.
From Sample List to an ANC Booth Plan
You send the ANC edition, assigned floor plan, sample menu, equipment dimensions and budget range. We review the space those activities require and identify missing details. You receive a starting brief for the exhibit design.
Your team supplies brand files and confirms the serving method. We develop the layout and 3D direction around counters, stock access and buyer conversations. You review the proposed arrangement and rental quotation together.
You approve the artwork, equipment positions and quoted services, with the relevant show requirements available. We prepare the exhibit and review its assembly and graphics. The resulting production plan carries your agreed display arrangement into installation.
You provide the onsite contact and confirmed access arrangements. We coordinate the contracted booth delivery, installation and dismantling. Your team receives the exhibit handoff and an agreed plan for returning rental components after the show.
No. SNA allocates the exhibit space separately. King Exhibits quotes the physical booth and selected project services. Send the space confirmation and floor plan so we can design for the footprint you actually hold.
That depends on your products, equipment and the sampling or cooking arrangements approved for your event. Tell us how each product will be stored, prepared and served, together with the appliance dimensions and utility needs. The approved serving method guides the counter layout and equipment positions. Cooking and sampling permission must be arranged separately from the exhibit design.
Only if they are expressly listed in your quotation. Tell us which equipment and food logistics providers you plan to use, and flag anything still to be sourced. We account for their space and access needs in the booth layout. Confirm the actual freezer supply, storage and sample replenishment arrangements before approving that layout.
Start with the footprint, open sides, number of serving positions and samples you intend to present. Add equipment sizes, stock quantities, staffing, graphics and the booth services required. These details help us distinguish a simple packaged-product display from an exhibit that must accommodate appliances and repeated restocking.
Yes. We can explore a preliminary design using the size you requested and the products you plan to present. The layout remains provisional until the assigned position, open sides and show requirements are known. Confirm those details before committing to the final design and production scope.
Your company supplies and approves the product claims and supporting content. We use that approved artwork for the exhibit graphics. Have your product or regulatory team review nutrition statements before artwork approval; our design work does not verify that a food qualifies for a school meal program.
