We design rental exhibits for SAP partners who need both activities to work within their Orlando booth space. The layout starts with your demonstration plans, the people presenting and the meetings you expect to host.

We work from your assigned space and sponsor package requirements to identify what can be customized before developing the proposal. A booth proposal needs to make sense to the people who will use it. Our trade show booth design service gives your marketing team and consultants a 3D view of the demo stations, seating and graphics before fabrication.
Your dedicated project manager carries those decisions through the booth project, coordinating design, production, transportation and installation. With dismantling included in our service capabilities, you also have a contact for the work after the conference. We identify the services included in your proposal so your team can approve the booth commitment alongside its wider event budget.

That depends on the package and the event’s current requirements. Share the space details and any included booth specifications with us. We will review those requirements before proposing changes, so the design reflects what your package permits. Purchasing a rental exhibit from King Exhibits does not provide sponsorship, exhibition space or permission to alter an organizer-supplied booth.
Yes. We can develop the layout around how your team will use the space. A series of short guided demos needs a different arrangement from scheduled consultations that keep visitors seated. Let us know how many presentations will run at once and how many people typically join a meeting; we will work those needs into the design.
Internet is not automatically included in our booth rental. Your sponsor package may already provide a connection, so we will distinguish those inclusions from any additional service requirements in the proposal. We can plan for your presentation equipment, but the event’s network service and your demo software need separate confirmation. We do not guarantee connection performance.
Start with your event year, booth dimensions or sponsor package, budget range and a short description of the demos and meetings you plan to host. Existing floor plans are useful if you have them. We use those details to develop a proposal and identify the booth services included, with any separately ordered event services distinguished from our rental scope.
A seating area alone does not provide privacy. If your consultants will discuss sensitive projects, tell us before we develop the layout. We can consider the meeting position and screen orientation, and discuss enclosure options where the space and event rules allow. We do not promise sound isolation or confidentiality from an open exhibition booth.
