No. A POWERGEN space contract secures your position in the hall; a King proposal covers the rental display built for that position. Budget for the organizer’s registration and space charges independently. The confirmed booth allocation then gives our designers the area to work with.
Only after the event and venue have accepted the specific activity and required services are arranged. A booth design does not authorize equipment operation. Describe the proposed demonstration and its energy sources before committing to it; a static display or recorded demonstration may be a more practical alternative.
Display furniture, custom fabrication and AV choices change the exhibit price. Your shipment and installation requirements affect the delivery work. Request a proposal that identifies these items, then check the current show service orders for material handling, power and other event charges before setting the total exhibition budget.
Yes, provided its dimensions, weight and intended use suit the planned display. Share photographs and the equipment drawing, including doors or panels that need to open. We can assess its position in the booth; your equipment team must confirm the cabinet’s operating needs and any restrictions on public access.
