A Rental Booth Built Around Your Machines
- Layouts with space for operators and demo viewers
- Custom graphics that identify your equipment and applications
- Sample counters and storage options for demonstration materials
- Meeting areas sized around the remaining booth space
Let Buyers See the Machine—and Discuss Its Fit
PACK EXPO Las Vegas brings packaging and processing suppliers together with the people evaluating their equipment. For a machinery exhibitor, the machine’s footprint is only the starting point. Operators need access, buyers need a clear view, and your sales team needs somewhere to continue the conversation after the demonstration.
We design your rental exhibit around those activities. A labeling machine, inspection unit or conveyor demonstration each calls for a different arrangement. With your equipment dimensions and planned demonstration, we can work out where graphics, sample displays and seating belong. You supply the machine information; we turn it into a booth layout for review before fabrication.
We quote the booth design, fabrication, graphics and agreed delivery work together, with the selected display features identified. That lets you compare a proposal against the equipment demonstration you actually intend to run. If you change the machine list or add a meeting area, we can discuss the design and cost implications before you approve production. The proposal will distinguish the rental booth from services ordered through the show.
PACK EXPO Las Vegas includes machinery drayage in its exhibit-space rate, subject to its shipment check-in requirements. That is the organizer’s inclusion, not a discount on your rental booth. We’ll identify where our booth delivery work ends so you can compare it with your show-service orders. Equipment utilities and any special handling requirements need to be checked against the current exhibitor manual and your equipment plans before the overall budget is settled.
Coordinate Booth Installation with Your Equipment Team

Your project manager is the contact for the booth’s design, graphics, fabrication and delivery arrangements. When an equipment detail changes, that person can bring the booth team into the same discussion instead of leaving you to relay updates between suppliers.
Pre-build checks are available within the agreed project scope, with photos or video to review the booth before shipment. We agree what will be checked; a booth pre-build does not replace your machinery commissioning. Your technical team can concentrate on the demonstration while we handle the exhibit itself.
Machinery, Signage and Early Design Questions
Yes. An initial list, approximate dimensions and a description of the demonstration are enough to begin the conversation. We can discuss a layout using those assumptions, then refine it when your equipment team confirms the details. The final machine arrangement and utility needs should be settled before the booth design is approved for fabrication.
Machinery logistics and commissioning need a separate discussion. Our rental service covers the agreed booth work; it does not automatically include shipping, unloading or operating your equipment. PACK EXPO Services is the show’s official move-in, move-out and freight contractor. We’ll clarify the booth delivery responsibilities so your equipment team can coordinate its own shipment and startup plans with the relevant providers.
Not automatically. PACK EXPO Las Vegas sets hanging-sign permissions by booth area, so an island layout alone does not establish eligibility. We’ll check the current rules for your assigned space before including an overhead sign in the design. If it is not permitted, we can discuss graphics within the booth that help visitors recognize your equipment and brand.
Bring Your Machine List to the Design Discussion
Give us your booth dimensions, an initial equipment list and the demonstration buyers will see. Add your target rental budget and any drawings you already have. We’ll use that brief to discuss a layout and quote for your exhibit.
