Inputs for an OCCC Exhibi
Send the hall assignment and buyer plan together:
• Event, building, hall and booth number
• Current manual and service-order documents
• Products, buyers and appointment schedule
• Demonstrations, screens, graphics and samples
• Power, air, water, gas and rigging
• Budget, approvals and requested King scope
Help Buyers Recognize, Reach and Use the Exhibi
At OCCC, visibility is more than a large logo. The booth should give a buyer a consistent visual cue from the aisle, a clear arrival point and an experience worth the walk. King Exhibits starts with scheduled meetings, priority products and the proof each visitor needs. The architecture can then create a recognizable profile while counters, demonstrations and meeting zones protect the sales flow. OCCC publishes separate West and North-South floor plans and identifies electricity, aerial rigging and lighting, water, natural gas, propane, compressed air and cable TV as exclusive center services. Those service choices are fixed against the current layout before the commercial scope is treated as complete.
Create a Visual Cue Buyers Can Use as a Landmark
Choose one brand element that remains legible from more than one approach: a strong overhead shape, a vertical color field, a product silhouette or a concise message. Repeat the cue at eye level so a visitor recognizes the booth after entering the aisle. King Exhibits can develop the architecture, graphic hierarchy and lighting relationship around that landmark. Height, suspension, sightlines and approval still depend on the booth, event and current OCCC requirements.

Plan the Appointment Route before Adding Hospitality
A large lounge can look inviting while creating no control over priority meetings. Map how an expected account arrives, identifies the correct host, sees the product and moves into a working discussion. Keep the path short and make the meeting position appropriate for the documents, samples or screens used in the conversation. King Exhibits can model check-in, product access, seating and storage around the schedule. The exhibitor owns invitations, account priorities and follow-up.
Lock the Utility Drawing to the Approved Product Plan
OCCC publishes exclusive responsibility for electricity, aerial rigging and lighting, water, natural gas and propane, compressed air and cable TV services. The center also states that utility pricing includes labor and 24-hour power with an electrical purchase. Those terms make the equipment schedule a procurement document. King Exhibits can identify confirmed service locations and loads in drawings, while OCCC and designated parties price, approve, install and inspect their assigned work.

Use Screens to Clarify the Product, Not Fill the Skyline
In a visually dense hall, more motion does not automatically create more attention. Give each screen a job: identify the application from the aisle, reveal a result during the demonstration or support a technical discussion. Position content for the actual viewing distance and keep product sightlines open. King Exhibits can integrate screen mounts and graphic surfaces into the rental build. The exhibitor supplies final content, playback logic and approved claims; current AV and electrical requirements remain separately confirmed.
STEER — 30×30 Exhibit at NPE 2024 at OCCC
STEER’s completed 30×30 exhibit is a verified King Exhibits project delivered for NPE 2024 in Orlando. Official NPE materials confirm that the 2024 show occupied the Orange County Convention Center. The project combined technical product presentation, branded architecture and buyer discussion within a 30×30 footprint. Prospective exhibitors can use it to assess relevant design and production work; every new OCCC booth still requires its own event, hall, product, service and written scope.

The Buyer Route and Technical Plan Can Be Reviewed Together

King Exhibits has supported U.S. exhibit projects since 2008. Las Vegas-based production support combines 3D design, rental preparation, custom graphics, CNC work and wood fabrication. The recognizable structure, product supports, meeting access, screen mounts, storage and confirmed service openings can therefore be reviewed as one exhibit system. Important assemblies may be checked before packing when included in scope. Freight coordination, installation and dismantling, audiovisual support and storage apply only when accepted in writing. OCCC, the organizer and designated providers retain authority for exclusive services, labor, approvals, freight and event operations.
Build the OCCC Booth around a Buyer’s Actual Visi
The exhibit earns attention when it is recognizable, useful on arrival and supported by confirmed technical inputs.
Set target accounts, arrival method, products, proof and required next action.
Develop landmark, reception, demonstrations, meetings, graphics and storage.
Confirm building, hall, utilities, rigging, freight, labor and approvals.
Approve the building-specific drawings, assets, orders, owners and production date.
Yes. The West and North-South Buildings have different hall positions, visitor approaches, loading conditions and event routes. Use the current show assignment rather than a generic Orlando plan. King Exhibits can adapt sightlines, reception, product placement, service locations and packing to confirmed information. The organizer, OCCC and designated providers control access, move-in, service orders, labor and operational requirements for the assigned space.
OCCC currently lists electricity, aerial rigging and lighting, water, natural gas and propane, compressed air and cable TV as exclusive center services. Verify the current event kit, rates, order method and deadlines before release. King Exhibits can document loads, equipment and locations in accepted drawings. OCCC prices, approves, installs and inspects its services, while the organizer or other providers may control additional work.
King Exhibits has a verified 30×30 STEER project from NPE 2024 at OCCC. A new NPE or other OCCC proposal still starts with the current space, product program, service requirements, show rules, schedule and requested scope. Past work demonstrates relevant experience, but it does not guarantee identical access, pricing or execution conditions. Each project receives new drawings, responsibilities and commercial terms for its event.
Send the event, building, hall, booth number, current manual, target accounts, appointment schedule, products, demonstrations, graphics, screens, existing assets, utilities, rigging, internet, freight, budget, approval date and requested King scope. Include equipment dimensions, loads and operating conditions. King Exhibits will develop the physical buyer environment and identify OCCC, organizer or authorized-provider items requiring separate confirmation, ordering or approval.
