OFFPRICE Show Booth Rental in Las Vegas
Your apparel, footwear or accessories need a display that lets buyers inspect samples while your team explains the available stock. We plan rental exhibits for OFFPRICE exhibitors around that combination of merchandise presentation and order discussion.
The work starts with the space you have booked and the fixtures already included in your exhibitor agreement. From there, we develop the additional structure, graphics and display arrangement your assortment needs. Your proposal defines the rental components and the production, transport or setup services you select. Exhibitor registration and the purchase of floor space remain separate from our booth service.
Compare OFFPRICE Rental Booth Footprints
Use a 100 sq ft footprint for a tightly edited sample selection and a compact sales counter. Prioritize the products that explain your assortment. Bringing every available style can leave too little room for buyers to handle samples, so reserve the layout for the selection you intend to show.
For a 200 sq ft inline space, consider placing two merchandise groups along the back, then check the remaining depth for an order table. The extra width is useful when your collection combines hanging apparel with products that need a flat display surface.
A 400 sq ft footprint offers more options for distinct merchandise areas and longer sales discussions. For an approved island position, display access can face several aisles. An enclosed or differently assigned space needs a different arrangement even when the dimensions are the same.
Design and Production Through King Exhibits

King Exhibits combines booth design, rental, fabrication and graphics with project management and show logistics. That combination matters when a display revision changes the structure, the printed panels and the installation plan together.
You can review the proposed arrangement in a 3D design before authorizing the build. We carry the approved requirements into the production and setup work included in your agreement. Share fixture information early so those decisions are made while the layout is still adjustable.
How We Plan Your OFFPRICE Booth Rental

Send the resource-center documents for your booked OFFPRICE edition, including booth inclusions and move-in instructions. We use that edition’s requirements to plan the contracted delivery and installation work. An earlier show’s instructions cannot establish where or when your current shipment should arrive.

Before you approve the project, we clarify our quoted work and the items you must arrange separately. Electrical service, material handling and other show-appointed work need to be checked against the current exhibitor documents. Do not assume a booth rental quote includes these charges or replaces the required provider.
From Your Sample Selection to an Approved Booth Plan
You send your booked space, edition, product photos, sample quantities and fixture dimensions. We assess the display and meeting requirements. The result is an agreed brief identifying what the booth needs to accommodate.
You identify priorities and a working budget. We develop the booth design and price the proposed components and services. You receive a layout and quotation to compare with your exhibitor agreement before authorizing production.
You approve the artwork, fixtures and final arrangement. We prepare the contracted booth components and review their assembly and graphic details. We share the agreed pre-dispatch review details so you can resolve any remaining display questions before shipment.
You confirm site access information, sample delivery arrangements and the person attending setup. We coordinate our contracted installation and dismantling activities. The handoff establishes where your merchandise goes, followed by the agreed return arrangements for rented components after the event.
No. Our service covers the booth components and project work described in your quotation. Apply for participation and book the exhibit space through the organizer. Send us the booth inclusions from that agreement so we can identify what additional equipment or construction you actually need.
Yes, we can assess a layout using your racks once we know their dimensions and the applicable event requirements. Send photos and measurements showing the racks loaded with garments, including projecting rails or feet. Tell us who will transport and assemble them; that work must be assigned separately from any rented booth structure.
The price depends on the proposed structure, graphic area, display fittings and the production and site services you select. A floor-plan sketch and product photos let us assess those items more usefully than booth size alone. Include a budget range and your existing fixtures when requesting a quote. Show charges must be identified separately.
Start with the samples buyers need to inspect, and add take-away stock only when your participation permits on-site sales. Sample viewing needs room to compare items and write orders. Selling merchandise at the booth may also need stock, transaction and packing space. Confirm the current rules with OFFPRICE before asking us to include those functions.
A preliminary layout can start with your space plan and merchandise details. The current manual and booth agreement are needed before finalizing requirements that affect the build or delivery. Share new instructions as you receive them so the design and contracted services can be checked before you approve them.
Availability depends on your dates, design requirements and the remaining production and installation schedule. Include the exact edition in your inquiry. We will review the scope against the schedule before accepting the project; a previous show’s timing is not a delivery commitment for your booking.
