Components for your PROTECT exhibit
- Rental structures give your retail protection message a defined backdrop.
- Display counters put small security devices within reach for guided demonstrations.
- Display screens support software walkthroughs alongside your branded graphics.
- Meeting areas give sales and technical staff space to discuss retailer requirements.
Show retailers how your protection solution works
NRF PROTECT 2027 is scheduled for June 14–16 at the Tampa Convention Center. Its audience spans loss prevention, asset protection, digital fraud and global risk management. Your exhibit needs to make the retail problem you solve clear before the technical discussion begins.
Choose a layout for the demonstration you bring
These are design directions to discuss against your assigned space. Device dimensions, viewing positions and the number of simultaneous demonstrations determine the final arrangement.
Showing a camera, merchandise-protection device or access-control sample? Place the working sample beside a clear explanation of its retail use. Give the presenter room to handle it and the visitor a direct view of the result.
Make the screen readable for a small group and leave room for the person operating the demo. A separate brand surface lets the aisle message stay visible while a specialist explains the on-screen workflow.
When one solution includes hardware and a dashboard, keep the two visible from the same demonstration position. Identify which equipment is live, which is a sample and where the presenter needs to move before we develop the layout.
Leave room for the discussion after the demo
A retailer may want to discuss store procedures or an incident scenario after seeing your product. Ask us to position a seated discussion area away from the main demonstration queue, with screens angled toward the people taking part. Use approved demonstration content on displays visible from the aisle. The layout can reduce casual viewing, but an open exhibit is not a confidential meeting room. Flag any need for a separate meeting arrangement in your brief.

Connect the demo layout to the finished booth

Our service covers rental configuration, custom fabrication, graphics and show logistics. We develop the 3D design with production and installation in mind, then check key assembly, graphic and finishing details before delivery. For your PROTECT exhibit, that means the counter arrangement and branded screen surroundings belong in the booth design your team reviews. Share the equipment information early so the physical display can be planned alongside the graphics.
From your demo brief to the Tampa show floor
Send the booth allocation, budget range, equipment dimensions and a short description of the demonstration. We use those details to propose the display arrangement and identify the services needed for a quote.
Your marketing and technical teams review the custom booth rental design together. We resolve the display positions, graphics, delivery responsibilities and quoted installation work before the approved booth moves into production.
We coordinate fabrication, pre-delivery checks, transport and the agreed installation and dismantling work. Your technical team brings the product demonstration and confirms its operation in the completed exhibit.
No. Reserve your exhibit space through NRF. King Exhibits quotes the booth and agreed project services for that allocation. Send the assigned dimensions and open sides so the design fits the space you have booked.
The structure, custom display work, graphics, screens, furniture and delivery requirements all affect the quote. A working hardware demonstration may need different counters and connections from a laptop-led presentation. Include the show-service estimates you already have, so we can identify charges outside the booth quote before you compare totals.
Yes, subject to reviewing the equipment and display requirements. Send dimensions, weight, mounting information and power needs, together with the way the device will be demonstrated. We review the physical display arrangement; your product team remains responsible for the equipment and its operation.
That needs confirmation with your technical team and the applicable show internet provider. Share the connection requirements before approving the screen and counter positions. Prepare a suitable demonstration alternative if your presentation depends on an external connection; a booth layout alone cannot guarantee network performance.
Yes, if the files suit the new display surfaces and their content is still current. Send the source artwork and proposed 2027 allocation for review. The next event is in Tampa, so old Grapevine delivery information and show-service arrangements need a fresh check.
