Display Components for Your NFDA Rental Booth
• Branded backwalls provide a backdrop for your funeral product collection.
• Custom plinths provide individual display positions for urns and keepsakes.
• Operator counters provide a work surface for demonstration computers.
• AV screens show product videos or funeral software demonstrations.
A Rental Exhibit for Your Funeral Service Products
King Exhibits supplies project-based booth rentals for businesses exhibiting at NFDA. We develop the exhibit design, produce the agreed structures and graphics, and coordinate the contracted transport and installation work. Your team supplies the products, software content and people who will demonstrate them. The booth space is purchased from NFDA separately. Its basic package does not replace a complete branded exhibit. Flooring is required, so include your preferred floor covering when we discuss the rental. Furnishings, AV and official show services need to be checked against the written quote before you place orders.
Choose a Booth Around Your Main Exhibit
For a collection of urns, keepsakes or other funeral merchandise, arrange display surfaces by product family and leave a nearby counter for finish samples and catalog discussions. A full-size casket needs to be drawn into the floor plan at its actual dimensions, with space for the way your team intends to present it.
For funeral home software and digital services, center the exhibit on a screen, an operator counter and space for visitors to follow a workflow. A separate conversation area lets your salesperson discuss implementation while a colleague continues the demonstration. Use a fictional record set for public demonstrations involving family information.
For funeral equipment, develop the rental structure around the machine’s floor footprint and the sides visitors need to inspect. Graphics or video can explain processes that will not run in the hall. Live operation, vehicle display and special utility needs require separate review before the design and delivery arrangements are committed.
Prepare Samples for All Three Expo Days
The 2026 NFDA convention runs October 25–28 in Charlotte, while the Expo Hall opens October 26–28 at the Charlotte Convention Center. That distinction matters when booking your demonstration staff and planning sample delivery. The final expo session finishes at noon; keep a complete display and a working demonstration available through closing. We plan the contracted booth installation and dismantling around the published access arrangements, then confirm freight and service timings against your exhibitor instructions.

Design and Fabrication from King Exhibits

Our 3D design work gives your product team a view of the proposed display before production. CNC and wood fabrication support the custom counters and exhibit elements in that design; graphics production and AV complete the presentation. You can discuss sample placement, branding and screen positions with the team developing the booth. The project continues through our transport, installation and dismantling services within the agreed contract. For NFDA, the proposal identifies the work King will coordinate and the services that must follow the show’s official ordering arrangements. We confirm the available installation arrangements for Charlotte before committing to your schedule.
Display Checks, Packing and Installation Handover

For the pre-build and quality checks agreed for your project, we review the relevant fabricated components and graphics against the approved design. Your team confirms sample dimensions and demonstration equipment details so the check addresses the items that will actually be displayed.

We plan packing and dispatch for the contracted booth components. Identify merchandise or equipment traveling separately, its carrier and its arrival route. Empty containers need an agreed storage arrangement; shipping crates should not become display supports or occupy the finished booth.

Your on-site representative reviews the installed exhibit with the project team against the agreed scope. Record any remaining booth items and who will address them. Product placement, software sign-in and presenter rehearsal should be assigned before your sales staff arrives.
From Your Exhibit List to an NFDA Booth Proposal
Send the reserved booth plan, exhibit list, sample dimensions and weights, demonstration format and budget. We review the physical and presentation requirements. You receive a proposed design direction and a list of details needed for pricing.
Confirm the display priorities, branding and equipment details. We develop the 3D proposal and itemize the rental and project services. You receive a design and quote that identify included components and separately ordered services.
Return the approved design, final artwork and exhibitor instructions. We prepare the contracted components and coordinate shipment and installation arrangements. You receive the agreed production and delivery plan, including the approvals or information still required from your team.
Nominate your on-site contact and confirm where samples and equipment go after the expo. We complete the contracted installation, review handover items and arrange the agreed dismantle. You receive a record of remaining actions and the return or storage arrangements for the rented exhibit.
No. Reserve and pay for your space through NFDA. King quotes the exhibit and the project services agreed with you. Share the space contract or package details so we can check for furnishings or other items you have already ordered.
The display requirements matter alongside the floor area. Custom furniture, the quantity and size of samples, AV, graphics, transport and installation affect the quote. Official service orders can add separate charges. A booth plan and exhibit list let us price the actual setup instead of an assumed package.
Yes, subject to compatibility with the proposed exhibit. Send screen dimensions, weight and mounting details, plus the devices and connections used in the demo. We can then check the supporting furniture and cable routes. Tell us whether the presentation needs a live connection or can run offline.
No. Transport brings the shipment to its delivery point; drayage is the separate handling of exhibit freight at the show. The current GES work rules assign dock-to-booth handling to the official contractor. Check that the shipment route, handling order and payer are recorded alongside the King transport scope.
Only after the proposed display has been reviewed for approval and practical handling. A static presentation needs dimensions, weight and access requirements to be checked first. Display permission does not establish permission to operate equipment. Send the proposed use to show management and provide us with the resulting instructions before committing to the layout, utilities or freight plan.
Once you have a space allocation or a proposed footprint and know what you will exhibit. Timing depends on the design, materials, available production schedule and current show deadlines. Include the latest exhibitor manual with your inquiry; we will assess feasibility before agreeing a delivery schedule.
