Add the Display Your NeoCon Booth Needs
NeoCon brings commercial interiors brands and design professionals together at THE MART in Chicago. For furniture exhibitors in the 7th Floor Exhibit Hall, we plan custom booth rentals around the collection you want visitors to experience: the seating they will try, the finishes they will compare and the products your team will discuss.
NeoCon lists a basic hall booth package with walls, carpet and lighting. We review what your booked package includes before proposing added structures, graphics and display surfaces. Your King Exhibits proposal connects those additions with the fabrication, transport and installation services you need. This gives you a clear starting point for a branded temporary exhibit, with the furniture itself remaining the focus.
A chair needs more than its footprint on a floor plan. We use your product dimensions and demonstration needs to allow for sitting down, pulling the chair out and trying its adjustments. A prominent wall or counter should not take away the space needed to use your lead product. The layout review makes that tradeoff visible before fabrication.
We can incorporate display surfaces for your fabric and finish samples beside the furniture they belong to. The sample size, weight and way visitors will handle it determine the support required. For a collection with several finishes, we plan a comparison area and a place for spare samples, keeping the working surface available for product discussions.
Your sales team needs to move from a product introduction to a specific project conversation. We position product information and discussion space near the relevant pieces, using the available booth area rather than assuming a separate meeting room will fit. Your team can then refer to the actual furniture while discussing sizes, options and applications with visitors.
From Your Furniture Layout to the Finished Booth

Your dedicated King Exhibits project manager coordinates the booth work as product selections become an approved design. We connect the layout, graphics and fabrication requirements with the transport and installation plan, so your marketing team has one contact for the display being built.
If the furniture lineup changes, we review how the change affects space, display components and the agreed scope before proceeding. You approve the direction; we handle the booth design and delivery coordination that turn it into a usable exhibit.
Questions Before You Commission Your NeoCon Display
Your furniture still affects the layout, but the booth quote depends on the display components and services we supply. Graphics, sample displays, additional structures, transport and installation all influence the proposed scope. We review those items alongside your existing booth package and identify any organizer or venue charges that need separate budgeting.
Yes, if the proposed panel display can be accommodated within your space and the current show requirements. We review panel dimensions, weight and the intended way visitors will handle them before designing the support. Your product team provides the panel specifications; we develop the display arrangement and identify any installation requirements that need further confirmation.
Start when you have a likely booth size and know which products are essential to the launch. We can discuss layout priorities while the remaining selections develop, then confirm the design and delivery schedule against your product readiness and the current show requirements. Final dimensions and approved graphics are needed before the corresponding booth components move into fabrication.
This page covers temporary booth rental and display work for NeoCon exhibitors. A permanent showroom has a different premises and construction brief. If your space is a showroom, identify it at the start of the conversation so we can review the requested work separately. A booth rental proposal should not be treated as a showroom lease or renovation agreement.
Bring Your Collection into the Booth Plan
Send your NeoCon booth size or floor plan, a furniture list or collection photos, and the experience you want visitors to have. Add your budget range if available. We will review the display needs and discuss a rental layout and quotation for the booth work.
