Not necessarily. The organizer’s 2026 Startup Pavilion offering includes a turnkey kiosk, subject to eligibility and application approval. Check the package you have booked before ordering additional equipment or graphics, and obtain permission for any additions. Send us that specification if you need help identifying a remaining display requirement.
Yes, subject to checking how it will connect to the selected display equipment. Provide the device model, video output and demonstration format during design. An app that depends on cloud access also needs suitable event connectivity; equipment rental alone does not provide that connection.
An open meeting area provides seating, but it does not provide acoustic or visual privacy. Keep sensitive records out of public demonstrations and use approved sample content. Tell us if a more enclosed layout is needed so its feasibility can be reviewed against the assigned space and show requirements.
The quotation depends on the exhibit footprint, structure, graphics, equipment and installation work you select. Share the layout and the number of simultaneous demos first; these affect the physical configuration more directly than the number of software features you want to promote.
Ask for a schedule as soon as the space assignment and demo requirements are available. We need to check production availability alongside your artwork approvals and the current exhibitor deadlines before confirming a date. A deadline for reserving floor space is not a production deadline for a custom exhibit.
