Display details to consider for teaching materials
• Open activity surfaces leave working space around the teaching pieces.
• Forward-facing book shelves keep illustrated covers visible above the display ledge.
• Sample compartments separate loose manipulatives from complete demonstration sets.
• Screen positions keep digital lessons visible beside the physical materials.
• Display graphics identify the learning activity above its matching sample group.
A rental exhibit for early childhood education suppliers
Bring the teaching materials you want educators to remember: a set of manipulatives, a new picture-book series, a curriculum kit or a software demonstration. We shape the exhibit around how each product is used, with rental structures, branded graphics and the display furniture selected for your presentation. Your team supplies the learning content; the booth gives that content a practical setting for a teacher’s hands-on evaluation.
Choose a layout for the way your team demonstrates
These are layout directions to develop within your assigned booth, with furniture dimensions and visitor access checked against the actual floor plan.
Center the space on one complete learning activity, supported by a sample display and a place for the demonstrator. This arrangement suits a focused product launch. A second simultaneous demonstration would compete for the same surface, so choose which activity deserves that position.
Give the demonstration its own surface and place a separate conversation area alongside it. This suits a curriculum range that needs both a practical example and a longer explanation. Furniture takes up more of the footprint, leaving less room for a broad sample display.
Spread different teaching activities across distinct stations with their own sample groups. This suits a range spanning several learning areas. The plan needs enough space for educators to move between stations and enough staff to explain each activity; those requirements determine how many stations fit.
Fabrication support for your teaching display

Our designers develop the activity surface, sample displays and brand graphics together in a 3D concept for your product team to review. King Exhibits combines rental systems with custom fabrication, allowing the structure to accommodate the curriculum kit you want to demonstrate. Graphics production and LED/AV support also belong to our exhibit services, so printed lesson examples and a screen-based presentation can be developed within that design. Your team can discuss the physical materials and digital content with the same exhibit partner before approving the booth for fabrication.
Prepare the exhibit and teaching samples for the Expo
Before dispatch, we review the exhibit’s assembly, graphics and finishes. For this exhibit, confirm which sample surfaces, storage access points and screen positions need checking with the project team; the extent of any pre-build is set for the particular design.

Tell the logistics team which samples travel with your staff and which arrive as freight. Our staging and delivery planning uses that distinction to coordinate the exhibit shipment. Books, loose pieces and demonstration equipment need an agreed packing and return arrangement of their own.

We coordinate booth delivery, installation and the show-site handoff. Your demonstrator then places the teaching sets and checks the activity with the installed furniture. The 2026 Expo runs December 5–7, so exhibit dismantling must follow the Expo schedule even though conference sessions continue on December 8.
Turn your teaching demonstration into an exhibit proposal
Send the assigned booth plan, a sample list and a brief description of one demonstration. We assess the display space and propose a layout direction, giving you a starting point for the exhibit design.
With your budget, brand artwork and comments on the proposed layout, we develop the 3D concept and rental proposal. You receive the design and an itemized scope to review together, including the furniture and graphics selected for the demonstration.
Once you approve the design and provide final artwork and sample dimensions, we prepare the exhibit components and review key build details. The output is the prepared booth with its shipment and installation arrangements confirmed for the project.
Provide your on-site contact and instructions for returning the teaching materials. We coordinate installation, handover and dismantling, leaving your team with the installed display for the Expo and an agreed destination for the exhibit components afterward.
No. NAEYC handles exhibition space reservations, while our proposal covers the booth design, rental and project services you select. The organizer’s space charge is not the price of a furnished King exhibit. For 2026, the standard reservation also excludes tables, chairs and carpeting, so compare proposals against the complete display you need.
No. NAEYC’s published 2026 policy excludes children under 18 from the exhibit hall. Prepare an activity that an adult educator can perform, using your teaching instructions and sample materials. A children’s furniture product can still be the object being displayed; plan how an adult will demonstrate its features.
Yes. The 2026 exhibitor service information calls for professional floor covering in the booth space. Bringing your own flooring also requires the exhibitor-provided flooring affidavit. Include the flooring choice in the exhibit discussion so it is checked against the show’s requirements before ordering.
Describe what runs on the device, how the educator interacts with it and whether the demonstration needs a live connection. Include the device and screen requirements so display placement, cables and service orders can be planned. Electricity and internet arrangements require the current exhibitor service information; a screen in the design does not confirm those services are booked.
Display furniture, custom structures, graphics, AV equipment and the work needed to install them all affect the proposal. Sample shipments add their own transport considerations. Ask for freight and show-site material handling to be identified separately, because moving a crate to the event and handling it inside the event are different services.
Start with the intended activity and the best available sample dimensions, then identify what may change. We can discuss a layout while the products are being finalized, but fabrication and delivery dates need a confirmed design and project schedule. Tell us the sample approval date before committing to furniture made around its dimensions.
