Your Media Demo Booth Options
• Branded rental walls give each demonstration a recognizable backdrop.
• Demo counters provide working surfaces for your computers and controls.
• Screen positions let visitors follow the demonstration beside the presenter.
• Storage and meeting furniture keep support items and conversations off the demo counter.
Rental Exhibits for Broadcast and Media Technology Teams
A working switcher, a software demo and an audio presentation place different demands on an exhibit. We configure rental structures and custom elements around the equipment you bring, the people demonstrating it and the space you have booked at NAB Show New York. The booth proposal brings together branded walls, display counters, screen positions, storage and meeting furniture. Choose design and rental support or a broader program that includes graphics, fabrication, transport and installation coordination. Tell us what is already included in your show package so the proposal adds the items your team still needs.
Give Sound Demonstrations Their Own Listening Position
NAB Show New York requires speakers to face into the booth and demonstration audiences to stay inside the booked space. For an audio product or narrated presentation, choose the listener’s position before placing the counter. Headphones may suit an individual comparison; a group needs room to gather without covering the next display. We arrange the booth around your chosen format. Your audio team sets and tests the system; booth walls alone do not create a soundproof room.

Choose the Display Before Committing to a Video Wall
A single monitor may be enough for a close software demonstration. A video wall changes the structure as well as the picture: the New York show requires engineering documentation and review for video walls. Share the screen dimensions, weight and viewing purpose before we develop its support in the booth design. Compare the equipment, support structure and review costs together. Enlarging the screen should help visitors see something useful, with content prepared for that viewing distance.
See How the Demo Equipment Fits Before the Booth Is Built

Our 3D design work connects to fabrication and a pre-show check of assembly, graphics and finishing details. For your New York exhibit, that starts with accurate dimensions for the equipment occupying each counter and the displays mounted above it. Review those positions with your product team while changes can still be made on the drawing. We also coordinate packing, transport and show-site installation. The booth and your technical equipment need to arrive in the right sequence so your specialists can connect and test the demonstration after setup. The installation plan identifies that handoff before the shipment leaves.
Arrange Your New York Exhibit Rental
Send the allocated booth plan, equipment dimensions, presenter and audience numbers, audio format and budget. We use them to propose a layout and identify the services needed for your demonstration.
Your marketing and technical teams review the 3D layout and supply final equipment details. We revise the booth proposal and show the rental, custom work, logistics and installation items in the quotation.
Supply approved artwork, project approvals and the technical team’s arrival plan. We prepare the quoted booth, check its build details and coordinate delivery, installation and dismantling; your team takes over the product demonstration after setup.
No. Standard exhibit space and a supplied booth are different purchases. NAB Show New York also offers turnkey furniture packages, so check your booking first. Send the included-item list with your floor plan and we will quote the additional structure, graphics and furnishings you need.
Yes. Provide their dimensions, weights, operating clearances and connection requirements so the counters and screen supports can be designed accordingly. Your technical team supplies and operates the demonstration equipment; any additional AV rental should be identified in the quotation.
Ask your technical lead to specify the connection type, bandwidth, device count and power needs, then obtain the applicable show-service pricing. These requirements sit alongside the booth rental budget. Prepare a clearly identified local or recorded demonstration if internet access is interrupted; the booth design cannot guarantee network performance.
The footprint, counters, display supports, finishes and graphics determine much of the exhibit work. Freight, installation and dismantling add service costs. Larger screens may also introduce engineering, rigging or electrical work. Compare quotes against the same equipment list and confirm which venue-service charges each quote includes before selecting a supplier.
Yes, for an initial design discussion. Share the equipment you are considering and identify any undecided models. We can explore the booth arrangement using those provisional requirements. Confirm the final dimensions, weight, mounting details and connections before approving fabrication. A later equipment change may require a revised counter or support, so ask us to review its effect on the design and quotation before purchasing it.
