Inputs for a Moscone Center Exhibi
Send the demo architecture and building record together:
• Event, building, level, hall and current manual
• Buyers, products and demonstration outcome
• Devices, network, power and fallback mode
• Specialists, meetings and traffic peaks
• Freight, elevators, flooring and service locations
• Budget, approvals and requested King scope
Make the Demonstration Reliable Enough for a Serious Buyer
Moscone Center spans North, South and West buildings with more than 790,000 square feet of flexible exhibit space. North and South halls sit below the main lobbies; West provides multi-level space served by loading docks and freight elevators. A technology booth needs both a commercial demo and a building-specific operating plan. King Exhibits defines the result a buyer should see, then arranges device position, screen, product access, staff and meeting transition around it. Power, internet, utilities and AV interfaces are located on the accepted drawings. Reset tools and a fallback mode protect the conversation when a dependency fails. Freight and floor conditions are verified for the assignment so the finished booth supports real product proof rather than a fragile presentation.
Show One Result before Explaining the System
Choose the output, change or workflow that matters most to the buyer and let the demo reach it quickly. Secondary features can sit in a specialist conversation or follow-up. King Exhibits can place the product, screen, headline and audience around that single result. Staff gain a consistent opening, and visitors can judge relevance before committing more time. The exhibit becomes easier to operate because every demonstration begins from the same commercial center.

Build a Recovery Path into the Physical Layou
List the likely failure points: network, account access, device charge, content, sensor, cable or product reset. Store replacement items and controls where staff can reach them without opening the whole booth. Provide an offline or recorded proof when live operation is not essential. King Exhibits can develop access panels, secure storage and screen relationships around the recovery plan. The exhibitor supplies working products, software, credentials, content and technical staff.
Rebuild Logistics for North, South or Wes
Moscone North and South have direct-drive exhibit-level loading, while West uses dedicated basement docks and freight elevators to reach its floors. Carpet, columns, ceilings and utilities also vary by hall. Confirm the building, level and route before approving pack dimensions or equipment movement. King Exhibits can adapt its structures and packing to the verified assignment. The general contractor, venue and authorized providers control freight handling, elevators, labor, services and scheduled access.

Escalate Technical Buyers without Stopping the Demo
Define the questions that require an engineer, product manager or private screen. Place that expert station outside the main viewing line and give it the samples or data needed for a deeper review. King Exhibits can model the demonstration, qualification point and meeting zone as one flow. The exhibitor determines staffing, claims, product roadmaps and commercial commitments. A public demo can continue while serious accounts receive the depth they came to discuss.
Senzani — 20×30 Exhibit at PACK EXPO 2025
Senzani’s completed 20×30 exhibit is a verified King Exhibits reference for combining product equipment, branded architecture and technical buyer conversation. It was delivered for PACK EXPO 2025, not at Moscone Center. Buyers can use it to assess product integration and spatial hierarchy. A San Francisco project would receive its own building, level, demo, network, freight and provider plan under the accepted written scope.

Product Access, Screens and Packed Assets Can Follow One Demo Record

King Exhibits has supported U.S. exhibit projects since 2008. Las Vegas-based production support combines 3D design, rental preparation, custom graphics, CNC work and wood fabrication. Screen mounts, product supports, access panels, secure storage and packed pieces can therefore be reviewed against the same demonstration sequence. Important assemblies may be checked before packing when included in scope. Freight coordination, installation and dismantling, audiovisual support and storage apply only when accepted in writing. Moscone Facility Services, the general contractor, unions and official providers retain their current responsibilities.
Develop the Moscone Booth as a Reliable Demo System
The product story works when the result is clear, the failure path is planned and the building facts are current.
Choose audience, problem, demo outcome, duration and next commercial action.
Plan devices, screens, access, storage, staff, reset and fallback mode.
Verify level, floor, freight, elevator, utilities, network, labor and approvals.
Approve drawings, content interfaces, assets, responsibilities and written scope.
No. Moscone North and South exhibit halls are below their main lobbies and have an internal freight system with direct-drive loading access. Moscone West uses dedicated basement docks and freight elevators to reach its exhibit and upper flexible levels. Floor surfaces, columns and utilities also differ. Confirm the building and level before pack dimensions, product movement or service locations are approved.
Moscone states that internet and telecom service are available through Moscone Facility Services, while other AV and utility work follows the current venue and general-contractor arrangements. Use the event kit to confirm ordering, labor, deadlines and service locations. King Exhibits can position screens and connected equipment within accepted drawings. The provider installs and verifies the network, while the exhibitor supplies devices, accounts, credentials, software and fallback content.
Moscone West offers flexible exhibit space on upper levels, but the event assignment and venue approval control its use. The venue asks planners to notify the Event Manager when exhibits are planned upstairs and publishes freight-elevator capacities and operating details. King Exhibits can size and pack accepted assets for the confirmed route. The general contractor and venue control dock schedules, elevators, labor, storage and actual movement.
Send the event, building, level, hall, booth number, current manual, buyer roles, products, demo outcome, devices, screens, network, fallback mode, specialists, meetings, graphics, existing assets, utilities, AV, freight, budget and approval date. Include packed dimensions for large equipment. King Exhibits will develop the product demonstration environment and identify venue, general-contractor or provider work that requires separate confirmation or ordering.
