How Much Meeting Space Does Your Exhibit Need?
Money20/20 USA takes place October 18–21, 2026, at The Venetian in Las Vegas. For a payments company exhibiting there, a quick software demonstration and a longer partnership discussion may need different settings. The organizer offers meeting rooms as well as booths; any separate room you have booked should inform how much seating goes into your exhibit.
We develop your rental layout around the conversations that will actually happen at the booth. That might mean keeping more space for demonstrations or including a seated discussion area, subject to your footprint and show requirements. King Exhibits handles booth design, fabrication, transportation, installation, and dismantling. Your team can concentrate on explaining the product while we take care of the exhibit.
From Your Demo Brief to an Installed Exhibit
Your project manager brings the booth work together as your team prepares its presentation.
Send your booth dimensions and location, a short description of the demo, and the number of conversations you want to host at once. We use those inputs to develop a layout and identify any device dimensions or display requirements needed to refine it.
We present the design and the services covered by the quote. Your team reviews the demo positions, seating, branding, and budget together. We work through changes before production, with any additional requirements priced for approval.
Once the design and project schedule are agreed, we handle fabrication, transport, installation, and dismantling. Your project manager remains your contact for the exhibit work; your product specialists bring and run the payment demo.
Questions Before You Commit to a Rental
A partition can screen a meeting from view, but it does not establish acoustic privacy. For discussions that require confidentiality, consider the organizer’s separate meeting-room options. We can then focus the booth design on demonstrations and the conversations you are comfortable having on the show floor. The proposed layout will reflect your actual meeting arrangements.
Internet service is not automatically included. We discuss your demo’s connection and power requirements when planning the display positions and clarify what the booth quote covers. Your product team should specify what the application needs; the relevant service provider must confirm the connection. We do not promise that a live payment application will run on an unspecified connection.
Sponsorship and booth space are arranged with the organizer. Our quote identifies the rental components and exhibit services we will provide. Any required show-service orders and charges need to be checked against that proposal before you approve the budget. This lets you compare the cost of the exhibit alongside the other costs of participating.
It depends on the time available for design, fabrication, transportation, and installation. Share your booth dimensions, artwork status, and the organizer’s move-in deadlines. We will assess the remaining schedule and any design adjustments needed, then confirm whether we can accept the project before you commit.
What Will Your Team Demonstrate—and Where Will It Meet?
A short brief is enough to start: your booth dimensions, payment demo, peak number of simultaneous meetings, any separate meeting room already booked, and budget range. We will use it to discuss a suitable booth design and prepare a rental quote. You do not need a finished layout to contact us.
